I don’t think so and always toward the end of the movie I would say oh yea, I remember now and we would both laugh. But like you say you can always enjoy them again and again. Brian Dennehy...what a great actor. Every character he ever portrayed, he played unbelievably well. From Gladiator, to The Ultimate Gift, to Undue Influence... He was my favorite actor because he could play any type of character and made it believable. There will never be another one like him. He was in a category all his own. I like Jack Nicholson, Gene Hackman, and Richard Gere too, but Brian Dennehy will always be my favorite. He is truly missed.

Wholesome? No, I wouldn't exactly describe the movie as that. But the honest, hard working everyman makes a courageous decision and wins out over the evil bad guys in the end, and that's always a good thing. And I don't think I've ever watched a Brian Dennehy movie that wasn't thoroughly entertaining and enjoyable to watch. All others were also very good!

Brian Dennehy excelled in every role he played without exception, from Rambo 1 first blood in which he played an asshole sherif, until the day he retired. His stage performance was always the best of the best. RIP. Great actor.
Except his FIRST role was in Looking for Mr Goodbar, with Diane Keaton. He had a line or two.

I heard Aiden Quinn’s voice before I looked up at my phone and instantly knew it was him. Love him in everything he’s been in. And Mr Dennehy is a legend. Watch him in In Broad Daylight. That is superb acting.

He was an asshole in this movie so yea I guess he continued he's great acting streak lol. I just hated his character.

This may be Dennihy's best film; not because of the great acting, but because of the great writing.. The story captured the human dilemma in its most challenging condition.

Whenever I would see the name “Brian Dennehey” in the opening credits of a Movie, I knew it was going to be a good movie lead by a brilliant actor.
I just learned today that he had passed 3 years ago (on 4/15/20), just 8 days before I lost my Father to Cancer.
The Movie Industry lost a Diamond in the Actors Guild on that day for sure. RIP Mr. Dennehey

They knew there was extreme danger from the beginning but waited to take security steps which even then were clearly an underwhelming response, including after the first death threats to the family.
Unexpected ending. Not sure I fully understand why Aidan Quinn's character gets his life back again, because he still played a major role in bringing the other defendants down, and doubtless they have 'friends' on the outside. Anyway, I enjoyed the movie nonetheless. Very good direction, and also acting, especially by the always reliable Brian Dennehy. Many thanks for uploading.

Brian Dennehy was a great actor. Any film with him in it is worth watching. He left us too soon. Requiescat in pace sis (May you rest in peace.) Likewise, Aiden Quinn is a fine actor. Remember this when it was first shown on British tv. The Westside Rovers obviously a take on the infamous Westies lol. If you want a stand out movie about them watch State of Grace. Epic movie.

Brian Denehey comes from the era of when made for TV movies were the big thing. Being a Hollywood actor doesn't mean they're better actors than all the other non Hollywood actors, it just means they're a different type of actor. Hollywood actors usually have to look a certain way, be a certain height,have a certain physique they also have to have the right agent and have no skeletons in their closet. They don't necessarily have to be a good actor either unlike TV actor's
Until they make it big if they even do their whole life is controlled by the studio. Brian Denehey has been the main character in multiple movies, some were specifically written with him as the main character. I only know of one other actor that's happened with and that's the late Peter Falk- Colombo himself.

What if some of your neighbors are scumbags? What if one of your neighbors goes into another neighborhood and kills, rapes, or whatever. And you know who did it. Do you "look out for" your neighbor, the scumbag? Or do you stick up for the victim, a total stranger who lives far from you?
Are you against evil? Or are you simply for those who happen to be be within your social circle, just because they ARE in your social circle?
When. The. Neighborhood turns. Don't trust any of em. Gossip. Can. Destroy opinions can. Harm the innocent.
