You guys should tour a tiny home once in a while. It would be a huge contrast to the massive mansions on the main channel. Hotels are nice as well but it would really only be interesting if it is a resort or at least similar to one. An ordinary hotel would not be very interesting.

Really enjoyed the informal tour format this time around. Contrast well with the formal tours on your main channel. Regardless of what you guys decide to tour next on this channel, keep the back in forth chat going (makes the tour more dynamic) and I also wouldn't mind seeing some funny outtakes being kept in.

Gotta be completely honest here... I enjoyed this slightly more "casual" video of a "more affordable home" much more than the insanely expensive and over the top houses (still love those videos as well).

yeah these sub 5 mill homes often look more like actual homes and not like these expensive concrete museums. Only real benefit for the expensive mansions is that you get a lot more outdoor space
I love both video channels truthfully, & sometimes it’s nice to switch back & forth between what you wear keeps the videos looking fresh & different but also you don’t get stuck in the same ole rut. Lol touring rentals, RV’s, & hotels is great too. So I guess the short answer to this is I like this casual one & I loved the ping pong at the end too. Lol 😎☕️

I love the size of this house, sometimes these huge house can definitely feel too big, this one is incredible. Every room was so well designed and furnished too !

The attention to detail is exceptional! I like the fact that you're immediately greeted by the dining room as you come in-emphasizing how homey and private this establishment is. I also like the narrow path leading down to the master bedroom, giving it a heightened sense of privacy and being in a cocoon. I can go on and on about the incredible details of this house! But overall this is very very homey. I'm loving this secondary channel

I think it seems attainable because if you set up a your own company, work hard and have good fortune, you could eventually afford to buy something like this in less than 10 years. Also if you rise to a quality position within a company with a decent ladder its also possible. The homes that go for more however are for the unbelievably fortunate and lucky.

I LOVE their approach to this video compared to others, although Enis always had a more open and friendly attitude then other people in his profession and Mikey was always chill and nice, (I always loved when cameramen were talking too... )

I really like this home, loved the fireplace with the black vein. The little “book space” as Mikey called it was a nice use of space. I like those spots in houses as well or a nice office/library. Backyard space was used nicely. Master bedroom was beautiful, loved the view with the tree and all of that glass.
I bet the little drying rack in the sink by the drain is for a sponge --keeps it off the counter.

I've been following your channel for a while now, and I've seen you tour 100s of homes. I'm not even kidding, this may actually be my favourite, most liveable one yet. And you're absolutely right, the staging was so tasteful yet minimalistic and realistic, definitely added to the vibe of the home. I like the way Enes and Mikey are alot more relaxed and chill on the second channel than on the main channel which obviously the main one is the very professional but still its nice to see them chill

I like viewing these “less” expensive homes but also I like the really expensive homes that are in a kind of unique places as well. I know you just did one recently but like lakefront, beachfront, mountain, deserts, or something secluded I think those houses are interesting but love all of your videos so far.

I know I’m like 12 months late to the party here but loved this tour! The home is stunning, and I love how the developer has designed the house around the protected oak tree which has been made as the hero of the lot (we call them sections here in NZ:-)). These sorts of houses are definitely more reasonably priced and therefore a little more relatable. I think you’re on to a winner here and you’ve been clever by showcasing these via a seperate channel so as to not take away from the exclusivity of your main mega buck house tours. And love Mikeys commentary, you guys bounce nicely off each other 😊👍🏼

I LOVE this property. So unique and pretty, the vibe is like a mix of mid-century and bohemian. I love seeing these unique, one of a kind places. 😍 Definitely would love to see more of this kind of thing (along with your regular content too, of course!).
