I love these more "affordable" home tours!
Me too!
@@EnesPlus more reasonably priced and sized, I could see myself living there. The video is a good length too, half an hour or more can be a lot to watch through without getting tired. I've seen the fruit before but forgot what it's called the flavor is pretty good not too over the top.
Lol 😂
I am also a big fan of these smaller modern homes. Please more of them.
"Affordable"
Loved this house! I prefer seeing this price point over the mega expensive ones, it just feels more achievable
Thank you!
The fruit are persimmon. It's very popular in Japan. They also eat it dried. Yes, the house you guys are talking about that is located on the same street is one of my faves! That tree at the end of the yard for this house is epic! One of my fave features about this one!
it's a good one!
They're great for juicing too (with additional fruit and veg),
@@CathyGreenCakes Good to know!
Persimmons are best enjoyed ripe. I only eat the ones that naturally drop from the tree. If it's firm like an apple it's not ready. If it's squishy like a ripe avocado and has a sweet smell when lightly rubbed ...perfect. Not all persimmons from the same tree will taste the same. There are some that will never get sweet and might taste woody or bitter.
Yes!
I love these lower price point homes that you tour. The big, expensive ones are nice but these seem so much more "realistic" and are easier to imagine myself living there.
I get that
vouch
This fruit is called a Kaki in France, Persimmon in the US. To eat it, you must wait until it is ripe and remove the skin. It is also very good in smoothies, mixed (still without the skin) with oranges.
Yes, you are so right. Btw, Costco sells them, seasonally, in the US and Canada.
oh wow!
@@EnesPlus how can you not know the fruit. It is called paradise apple, it is hugely popular in Turkey
In Poland you can buy kaki in popular stores (Lidl) all year long.
Kaki correct !
Originally from Asia but can be found mainly in the south of Europe
This is the type of home I could really see myself living in. Simple but still exquisite. Big enough that you feel you’re getting value but small enough that you don’t forget to see some parts of it for months lol
well said :)
that patio space around the tree is a DREAM. it's my favorite part of the house
It's not just the homes that keep me coming back. It's the cinematography and editing. Truly fantastic, and very smart work. You guys really figure out your surroundings and shoot them in genius ways.
Makes me happy to hear that!
FUN programs to watch...!!!
Me too, watching these home tours on a large UHD tv in 2160 is absolutely beautiful
The backyard observation deck is a gem! I absolutely love the furniture choice, very fitting. That tall tree really brings a nice touch too. Not to mention the views of course, that are absolutely incredible.
I totally agree!

Yes
Yes it is a gem 🙂 👍👍
What an amazing home, love the outdoor space! The fruit is called "Kaki". The Kaki tree is native to the Himalayas and the mountains of Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina, Korea and Japan.
In Spain too.
it is so famous fruit in Korea. It called "Gam" in Korea. normally we eat Gam in many way like fresh, dried, aging. If you do aging Gam, it will turn really sweet and soft. and then we freeze it and eat. if you eat unriped Gam, you will taste only astringent(I don't know better word..taste just like tannin in wine)
I heard Japan reciepe for cooking Gam. cut the Gam and cooking in pan with cream cheese and honey)
I think one of your crew is Korean, so I think he would know that
@@AngelLopez-ob8wx Em Portugal também. ah ah ah
oh cool! thanks for sharing that with us!
@@EnesPlus we have it in Slovenia in our backyard too. The one you ate was probably not ready yet. It should be very soft and squishy, and very sweet.
This is an appreciation post for Enes, Mickey and the whole team! We absolutely love your videos and watch them all the time. You guys have been an absolute light in our Covid world and we couldn't appreciate it more. Our little escape from reality 😊 hope you guys are happy & healthy! Love from 🇬🇧
Thank you so much Jess! You stay safe too, and stay healthy.
This property is amazing! Like others are saying, it really feels like a home. What I like the most is the backyard with the path. In most of the other homes on your channel, I always miss something like this, just having a bit of ”raw” nature.
I get that
Other were $100 million cardboard boxes
This house looks way better than most of the expensive houses. 🤤🤤 just saying….!!!
it's a good one!
the outdoor space is one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever seen, the views of the Hollywood Sign and San Fernando Valley are truely stunning
Agreed
The camera-work and editing in these videos just keeps progressing! Great work as always Enes, Mikey, and Jayson!
we try our best for you guys :)
I think the fruit you tasted is persimmon, here in Brazil we call it caqui, it's a very common fruit here and normally it's very sweet ... I really like your videos, because it's like a dream that's a bit far away, especially for we Brazilians, but at the same time it's something incredible just to see... And as we said here, dreaming doesn't pay taxes, hoping that one day it becomes real
Thanks Guzz! As long as you work hard for it, anything is possible!
WOW that bench at the tree! Sunset.. and a drink and that view! ....... And that drone shot in the beginning.. nice!
Agreed
Love houses like this where the wood makes it feel so cozy but at the same time it's so sleek and modern! Love these tours with lower pricepoints!
I agree!
I couldn’t even dream of living in a house like this. Beautiful and peaceful!
This is a perfect example of just how much awesome living space you can create and fit into a (relatively) small lot, the design is a real work of art, both exterior and interior.
couldn't agree more!
I'm from Belgium, the weather is gray, clouds everywhere, it's raining and my pool is covered half of the year. The only sunshine I see these days are from your vids Enes. Thanks for that.
i'm honored! glad our videos were helpful!
It is a persimmon tree. The fruit is edible, you can google all sorts of recipes. A Japanese Persimmon fruit is more heart shape. I like this home because it has better outdoor space and you do not need a maid or housekeeper
I get that
Enes, I'v been a proud subscriber of yours for over a year and a half and this is genuinely one of nicest houses you've ever toured. This is absolutely breathtaking! I can't believe it's "only" 6 million dollars; there's gotta be some catch, right? Please do more of these "cheap" houses in the 5-15 million dollar range, they're honestly more stunning than those insanely expensive ones that only billionaires can afford.
Thanks a lot, greetings to you and Mikey from Croatia!
thanks for the positivity! I will see what I can do :)
Slm, sizi severek takip ediyoruz.
What a beautiful home! It seems the developer skillfully packed a lot of luxury and coziness into that 3500 square feet of space. The amount of outdoor space in the backyard is amazing. If I was in the market to move to LA with an extra 5 million lying around, I would buy this house in a heartbeat. Also, that fruit looks like a persimmon to me.
glad you like the house!
That Drone shot in the intro was excellent!!!!! Nicely done.
This house is just right. Right size right location, right views, everything feels comfortable and nice.
glad you like the property!
Wow, super love this house! It’s been so long since you last featured an affordable house (below $10M). This is great for a family and more of a realistic home. The backyard and the view, is phenomenal ( your favourite expression 😊). Btw, the fruit is persimmon . Looking forward to more houses like this one 👍
more to come!
Happy New Year and keep safe 😊
I have to say i really like the massive mansions that you tour on the main channel but finally this is a home that i could imagine myself living in...
I get that
Love the price tag. I like when you mix it up with expensive and cheaper houses. Im here for the details. And I love when its more chilled :D
Glad you like them!
The name of the fruit you tried in this video is called "Hurma" in Turkey. It is a fruit that is usually consumed by adults. The inside of the fruit is eaten with a spoon and the outside is thrown away. I'm surprised you've never heard of it before :D
Thank you for showing this property. It is a nice palette cleanser. I really like this property. It looks and feels like a family home. The out door spaces are probably my favorite part of the place. That deck is to die for. The surrounding of the tree, it is phenomenal. And I can only imagine those views in person. Thank you again. Keep the tours coming.
couldn't agree more!
For a smaller property I absolutely loved this! They really utilized all the space. The views in the backyard are amazing! And the Hollywood sign from the bedroom is so cool! You two with the fruit killed me 🤣😂🤣 did you find out what it was?!
The fruit is a persimmon. Easy.
the house is a good one! learned that today :)
Please tour more of these amazing affordable home loving these ❤️❤️
More to come!
Enes bizim ülkemizde meyveye "cennet hurmasi" deniliyor. Sevgililer 💐
It's astonishing how the most affordable homes, look more expensive. Apart from the small bedrooms, this is one of the nicest homes I have seen on your channel. The decor was right up my street. I found it so hilarious when Mikey spat out the fruit 🤣
Well said!
After seeing all these los angeles house tours I've decided that Hollywood Hills is my favourite neighborhood with Pacific Palisades a close second ♥️. These views are amazing..great tour as always ♥️
nice! glad you like the house!
Enes abi hurma değil mi o :) Elinize sağlık yine çok güzel içerik. Nice job, congrats to you and your team.
Cok tesekkurler!
This house is amazing!! Anyone can throw money at a massive mansion, but being able to take a house that size, make it feel grand and luxurious, then embrace the view. It feels very special.
it's a good one!
O meyvenin adi "Cennet Hurmasi", cok lezzetli bir meyvedir. Ev harikaydi, sizin sunum da her zaman ki gibi gayet guzeldi, tesekkurler, bu arada bu hizli tempoyu sevdim 👍
"This house is just a *little* bit smaller than most of the houses we've been looking at."
I mean, it's not 10,500 sqft, but 3500 sqft is still a *pretty* big house.
The house is beautiful; love the lot... but the trying the persimmons was hilarious! (Laughed out loud; very cute. - Persimmons have an interesting texture but, as others have mentioned, are GREAT in smoothies or dried. Thanks for the laugh.:) The views are great and that tree is MAGNIFICENT!!
Thank you so much!
This was one of my favorites homes I've ever seen in your channel
My fav part was the primary bedroom and the outdoor deck just I didn't like how small the other 3 bedrooms were, they could have utilised it more. Would love to see more Hollywood hills homes at this price point
Awesome! Thank you!
Enes I personally love the Calabasas that one was is very peaceful and tranquility but I do love watching your tour it’s incredible
Merhaba Enes abi, o meyve Cennet Hurması. Yenmesi için iyice olgunlaşması ve renginin koyulaşması gerek daha yumuşak ve hoş tadı olur ve insanın ağzını uyuşturur :) İçerikler çok iyi severek takipteyim. Mikey e selamlar
Sevgiler
To borrow a phrase, ‘What more do you want?’. :) Beautiful property and tour. The fruit is a Persimmon. Love them.
That drone "fly through" at the beginning was pretty dope. Nice touch.
This is one of the coolest properties I’ve seen on this channel 😍😍 the backyard is literally something else!!
We agree!
8:55 Guys, I think that fruit khaki. It's very common in Brazil, which sells more at March. Here, it's called cáqui. Usually, it cut in half and then eaten with a spoon. I think eating like an apple doesn't taste very well. Hope I helped! Love your videos! ❤🇧🇷
learned that today :)
@@EnesPlus You're welcome!
This house is AMAZING 🤩 I love every single house tour that you do, to the point that they have ruined houses for me in general! But this house is so special and feels attainable. Aaaaand you get that incredible view of the Hollywood sign! Oh my gosh and the opening drone shot is impressive AF. You guys continue to outdo yourselves visually. Well-done!
thank you for the kind words!
Hi Enes and team! I love your videos, I watched every single one from the beginning, since the go pro videos, I just wanna say a personal opinion, I love your long touring home videos when we can see you walk in and talk about it, the houses are always amazing but your charisma is the main character. Shortly; I like when you take your time and it's not rushing, you are the main reason to see your videos. Like always amazing content!
thanks for the feedback Diego! Much appreciated
Beautiful house! I just wanna tell you that your videos motivate me so much, seeing all these houses inspire me to own one just like them.
appreciate it! you got this!
The fruit is called Japanese persimmon. Great video
yup :)
@@mikew5263 my bad kaki and persimmon its diferent 😅
In Portuguese it’s Caqui (sounds the same in German).
Brought by the japanese
Love it! Stunning house & the observation deck
is wonderful
Love this video! I appreciate houses like this. As always, Enes is the best when it comes to house tours.
Hi guys,
Thanks for your nice, well organised and thoughtful presentation and videos, you are the best in this area. The fruit's name is persimmon (in Persian we call it Khormaloo), when it is still raw the taste is very astringent and acrid, but once it's ready and ripened it will taste very sweet, tick and juicy. Also you have to pill off the skin.
So nice of you
These "small" (as in Hollywood standards) homes are so much more nicer and cozy than some of those gigantic 20-30 million dollars monoliths!! Great video as usual Enes!! And amazing intro drone shots Mikey!!
glad you like the house and video!
Beatiful work Enes. Keep em coming :)
Opening drone shot was very beautiful
Hi from Türkiye.
anladim :)
Absolutely love this home - especially the outside areas (that final tree+deck with a view is just wow!) - feels like a very comfortable & easy to live in home - spacious without needing a golf buggy to get around it 😁.
Glad you like it!
Simple and stunning home. The outdoor space is awesome too. 😀
We agree!
refreshing new editing style, Good Job guys 😍😍
I love this house! The drone flying thru the house was super awesome! Great job Mikey. The fruit you tried was a persimmon. They are delicious and loaded with goodness.
Thank you Krisztina!
Essa casa parece ser mais confortável e aconchegante do que muitas casas enormes e caríssimas. Parabéns pelo vídeo, Enes. You're by far the best!!
thanks Gabriel! please comment in English so that we can call enjoy your comment :)
@@EnesPlus my english is a sh*** hahaha
The deck view is absolutely stunning
I totally agree!
9:00 that fruit is a Brazilian fruit called "Caqui". We usually don't eat the peel and we pick it from the tree but let it rest in a safe place until the caqui is really soft (almost falling apart) before eating it, otherwise it will not taste good. The one you ate was probably still green since it was solid like an apple. When it's mature enough, it's a really sweet and delicious fruit.
Enes abi o meyvenin adı türkiyede Trabzon hurması diye geçiyor. Yumuşadıktan sonra yeniyor.
That backyard is everything! Given the amazing block, I thought the design of the home was underwhelming and didn’t take full advantage of its location… that said, I do prefer this price point
Makes me happy to hear that!
Beautiful home and perfect size. 🏡
I totally agree!
mindblowing cinematography.....great work.
What an amazing view! More lower priced tours like this please Enes. I can’t take anymore book matched marble and stone 😂
I love the occasional "ridiculously expensive" house tour, but I would love to see more lower cost "make the most of it" designs as well.
@@Z98136 huh? If you think I'm implying that $5M is an example of what I am talking about, you've misunderstood me. I live in a house much smaller that costs less than 10% of this one. I'm talking in generalities -- I know that houses are ridiculously overpriced, especially in LA -- I would like to see *much* less expensive properties that maximize smaller lots, less expensive materials, etc. so that we can see what design ideas can be leveraged to "make the most" out of a significantly lower budget
thanks for the feedback!
I absolutely loved the tree at the end of the house.. such a beautiful view!!
Us too!
The outdoor space is so amazing!
Wooow what an amazing home! I honestly prefer a home like this over those huge mansions. As always; Enez and Mikey, you guys did an amazing job. Btw, the fruit is called ‘Kaki’, but I’m sure lots of people already mentioned that in the comments 😊
Thank you so much!
I feel like this home is perfect to my taste, 4 bedrooms is a great number of rooms to have (primary bedroom to sleep in, two for offices and a guest room), the house isn’t very big so cleaning wouldn’t be an issue, and the layout is great! if only I had $6 million to spare :”)
i think it's a very magnificent house for someone who is single and lives alone other large houses are too much for singles and houses that can never be used
I must say for the price point I love this home. Again everyone involved in brings this to life was incredible. From the moment you walk through the door with the use of materials, colors, layout, backyard, pool, landscaping to the deck that wraps around the magnificent tree it makes you feel calm an welcoming. I love everything about this beautiful home.
Love an respect to the staff these homes are so clean an nice👏👍
My favourite house you’ve shown for a long time, it’s built for the owners to enjoy, not hundreds of ‘friends’, plus I could imagine my family there with few changes. Lovely, thank you.
the house is a good one!
That fruit "Caqui" is really popular in Brazil aswell. Like someone else said, you must wait until its really ripe, take off the skin and its gonna be good, very sweet.
The location of this home is perfect, the inside is simply cute and cozy..the views are everything!
We agree!
This is my favorite property that y'all have toured in the Hollywood Hills. Thanks again for another great video 👏
This house proves that dream homes don't have to cost tens of millions. Personally I preferred this place to the Paul McLean property show on the main channel this week. But then again I do have an odd aversion to none 90 degree angles!!!
thanks for sharing your thoughts on this house!
It's a solid property with a pretty great master bedroom. With a price like that, you are actually getting a lot more especially in terms of the views
I hear that
Stunning... love the indoor / outdoor living... so sleek and well thought thru
i think this is my favorite house in hollywood hills, because of the open layout with lots of light and the interior and exterior decoration.
I really like the design and the attention to detail used.
I love every room.
the open kitchen, the open living room and the garden
the private bedroom overlooking the terrace and the pool! finally a house without marble!
and the outdoor space! with an intoxicating garden that takes you to the wooden terrace that surrounds the tree, giving a breathtaking view!
What a class!
I love the crazy expensive houses but this is actually one of my favorite house tours! The hopeless romantic in me swooned at that cozy outdoor seating area 😍
I totally agree!
Happy New Year guys. Thanks for showing another nice and affordable property. It's a Persimmon tree. The riped fruit should be sweet and soft. Since Mikey mentioned it has the texture of an apple, I can assume it's not completely ripped (many ppl actually like it this way). But either way, the skin needs to be peeled and definitely not for eating. 😁
Thanks Kevin! Happy New Year!
Perfect house for 5 million, lots of space in the backyard love the walkway to the big tree and Hollywood sign view.
glad you like the house!
amazingly beautiful and not expensive 👍Thank you for the video.
The fruit is a persimmon, some you have to pick and let dry or age to ripen correctly. It’s a Japanese/ Asian tree. I really like this house
the house is a good one!
That fruit is a persimmon fruit wich is pretty popular in Europe, especially in southeast-countries :)
yup :)
Thanks for sharing! Great house and great tour. Loved the editing montage at the end too!
Thanks Toby 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
This home is beautiful, manageable and that view is priceless. I LOVE a home with a tree in the backyard, it makes the home sooo relaxing and cool .. more of these type of homes Enez and Mickey. Stay safe.
Thank you. You stay safe too, and stay healthy.
og will remember the house he toured next to this house a year ago
damn right :) - only ogs would know
Great video and great home! It would be nice a have a Persimmon fruit tree…although it seemed like the fruit got mixed reviews haha
Definitely the veiws of the Hollywood sign are amazing 🤩
Loving the format of this second channel btw, expecially the jokes and the behind of scenes stuff. You guys are doing great. I became even more fan of you guys after knowing this channel. Keep It up!
happy to hear that!
imagine if enes tours private jet that would be cool
would be
Done
@@EnesPlus i know I it was amazing
