They drew 3-3 with City in Manchester already this league season.
Ange had 2 weeks to see what Arsenal do on set pieces. He failed to set up to protect their keeper and failed to set up defenders on half turn to be able to mark runners from back post to front post. Bayern/Villa watched us and set up to nullify Arsenal when they had the ball. Spurs thought they could just press and attack and win. Naive.

Agree with most of the comments from the spurs caller, BUT!!!! lets rewind about the first goal why did Arsenal get the corner it was because of a crazy pass out to VDV from GV which was behind him which put him in trouble which let to the corner which lead to the own goal in these type of situations why didn't GV just clear his line!!! this is not the first time Spurs have been caught trying to be to clever and play out from the GK..... something needs to change, if the pass is not on clear it better than causing a goal

Anyone can play a high line, just not many teams or managers are capable of doing it. Spurs have ZERO players capable of playing a high line.

Lets be honest its not really a style, the players had the new manager adrenaline hit nothing more. His attacking football is still eons behind the materminds of Klopp, Pep and Arteta. The defence is one of the worst Spurs have had over the years, VDV and Romero (who were aparantly better than Saliba and Gabriel to Spurs fans) are utterly clueless. Dier is better than those two combined! VDV only has pace to recover from his awful positioning..... still cant defend or head the ball!
It was actually a very even game when you look at the chances and stats, Arsenal simply took their chances and have a way better defence. Not much else to say really. The lack of defensive coaching and tactics has cost Spurs big time in the 2nd half of the season.

There is way too much scrutiny being put on Spurs. Most of these so-called experts had Spurs struggling to stay in the league when Kane left. Tottenham are the first year into yet another rebuilding process, just leave them alone and let them build in peace. Liverpool bottling the league should be grabbing more headlines.
Ardiles did exactly the same thing. Attack, don't defend and he didn't last long.

Fine margins in this game. Were Arsenal that much better than Spurs, not really. Arsenal took their chances and Spurs didn't. On another day, it could of been a different outcome.
Such lazy punditry. Our highline wasnt the problem and hasnt been for most of the season. Our biggest issue has been our defending from set pieces. Only the 4 teams at the bottom have been worse. Thats a glaring weakness which has to be fixed but our highline hasnt been one of them

Spurs were not gung go in this game ,,they really were not,,,they got caught on a breakaway while appealing for a penalty and the other tow goals were the usual shocking set piece defending ,,,otherwise arsenal had very very few chances,,,still bloody awful result !
