Comfrey is a great fertiliser, cut the leaves and put in water for a few weeks then use the water diluted on your flowers and vegetables. Just beware it really stinks but your plants will love it.

You are very lucky to be living in stourport it’s a beautiful place like most people our way we love visiting and the boys love the amusements it’s the closest we have to a seaside! My cousin lives not far on burlish park so always good to see them

I am usually rather sceptical about such claims but decided to try and I have to say that I think that I am feeling an improvement with my arthritis and joint pain; lets compare our thoughts at the rally.

Hi Rob & Lynn , we have noticed on the merch website that the sizes of the Meet up T-Shirts are XS, M,2XL does that equate to S, M and L as we don’t know whether to order M or if the 2XL is L, fitting sizes in inches/cm would be helpful for ordering 😁

Hi Jo, I use the quick wash which takes 30 mins. Never had a problem, and they always come out clean

I hate dishwashers 😡, they take 3 hours to do what the wife could do in ten minutes 🤨
Hmmm….. I have a quick wash which is 30 min cycle. As I said I wash up around 3-5 times a day which uses a lot of gas, the dishwasher definitely saves us money as our gas is expensive

OK loved your vlog Rob & Lynn but for your race against dementia clothes please please get the bloke who makes them size them up ,because there is no bloody way 1 size fits all when you both are deffo not 1 size fits all ,so come on I am waiting for that very important info plus the address where to send our photos too please my most 2 beautiful friends in this world 🌎 your friends who are disabled & unable to come to your meet up which totally sucks as I would say if I still lived in America 🇺🇸 but after seeing you every week it light up my week of total worry ,& pain & there is nothing I can do about it 3types of arthritis & MS ,severe hypertension, colitis & IBS, & 7 disc's in my spine that have degenerative disease & that will just keep on spreading, but I won't let any of this beat me even though my doctor has told me to put my affairs in order & I have paid for the double plot for me & my daughter to rest in our bone yard up the road about a mile away ,so not far for my white horses & carriage & coffin to go ! & there is know black allowed @ my funeral @ all you can come in what ever colour you want but I believe in the spirit leaving the body & going where ever it finds home to rest in peace so that's been done just getting the white marble headstone 🪦 sorted out & that's it I am done , but I don't plan on going anywhere until you get those shirts & merch sized up ! & you can sell them @ my bloody funeral 😂OK 👍, afterwards that should bring in a little bit extra for your great course , mine is help the disabled & there families, because it does take a lot of getting used to being told your never work again ,fly again, drive again, or bloody get insurance of any kind again ! So yeh it is hard to except just like dementia takes lives away ,& its not fair ,so we will all help each other ,& I carnt wait nor carly to get kitted out so get back to me please with those sizes with the price listed, & then I will have our photos done & post them on every network around the world 🌎 love you both millions Linda & Carly Dunn from Newport Shropshire xxx ❤😊
