- Silence of the Siren is a strategy game heavily inspired by Heroes of Might and Magic. Unlike HoMM however, it's sci-fi based.

With Shift button you can see the movement range for enemies in battles also with Ctrl you can make little size of units for a sec to see anything more better on a crowded battlefield
Guess those lizards had tactics 2: fake being melee.
You got corrosive damage which sloweer you down and damage your unit Corrosive damage seems to effect only on Tech units. Bleed, poisoning only on BIO units. Shocking may be both.. Thats why the Liberator was so slow in those 2 turns. These level 4 scorchers so powerful its the unit of the "space pirate" faction Sovereign Fleet you can play with them too in Early Access version from September 30th . 3 factions will be there. 5 in Final!

Every upradge give active or passive skill to a unit
The Scorcher upradged one can shoot from close 2-3 units at once too ahh so its seemed killed your commissar and hit your 7. tier unit at once There will be factions like commander skills too later!
Yes the Lizards ranged and better at daylight and cant shoot and weaker at night also there are a desert type from them too :)

This looks so much better than SoC. I've tried quite a few hours to enjoy SoC, but I can't seem to vibe with it. This seems much closer to HoMM3. Having the townscope alone helps a lot. I really can't understand why SoC decided not to go for that.
The artwork on the startscreen already turns me off, but let's see...

Same here , but the game doesn't really watch the image which is kinda cyberpunk vibe / hipster
I like the mechanics of this game, but am not a fan of the art style. I may check this out and see if the game-play is good enough for me to look past the art.
This game has a townscape screen at least.
I almost skipped when i saw the girl at the start , very hipster looking , but it seems pretty cool
