Lift is continuing to make great wings and gear with the new 180x and 220x high aspect front wings, 21 and 31 flow rear wings and high modulus carbon masts. We received all of this gear this week and were able to get out on the water and test these new high aspect wings and flow tails.

Did you notice any flexing or wobbling of the eFoil mast with the wide 220x wing? You mention pumping in the video, were you able to pump the 220x on the eFoil or were you referring to dockstarting/winging? Could you compare the riding experience to the standard 200HA wing? Thanks!

Never tried the 200 HA, but had a 170 HA and a Armstrong 1325 HA (with Stringefellow custom Lift fuselage). The only wobbly setup was with the Armstrong, but it was the wing, not the Mast. If you Wakethieve you can pump even the 120 HA,

There is no point of mounting the HAX if you keep the propguard. Mount the folding prop, hook up the light battery instead of the full range, and enjoy the experience of de-powered gliding/pumping even with a heavy setup compared to a foildrive.

@meshmellow have you ridden the HAX 220 with folding prop and have compared it to a Foil Drive?

@@brandonbrandon38 yep. Even with my weight (190 lbs) the glide is impressive and even with the smallest wake you can glide depowered for quite sometime, give it few pumps and maximize the ride. But to be completely honest, pumping an efoil set up is way less efficient than the Foildrive and extremely tiring if you plan long unpowered rides. The two products are complementary. But if you want to catch some max shoulder-high waves or wake thief, if you train the right technique, an efoil with the right setup can do the trick.
