    I am a grad student taking a class called Intro to Public Service Leadership & Management. This week we went over Weber's theory in class, and I was totally lost.     I have a sociology exam on 15th December. And i was very confused with these 5 characteristics of bureaucracy. Then i found this video and now i'm perfectly understand these 5 characteristics. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
