How can i do a loop of this smoke effect ? something like a 5 second loop animation without gap ?

I would add and opacity gradient

You can add a mask, cut off one edge and apply feather. That should work

Why did you use precompose to the smoke layer to pin it on bottom edge

Because that way you can pin it to the bottom, precompose it and then move it (while it’s still pinned to the bottom of the precomp)
