You can select the layer and press alt + [ to move in point and to move out point you can press alt + ].

@@PurplePieStudios yes, the trim layers: I had to remap the shortcut since I'm using an apple magic keyboard (small one) and it didn't work with the brackets ;)

Hey, can I ask what button / shortcut you used when using the move tool to curve paths on 2:44 ?
and what shortcut you used while stretching the keyframes like that on 3:31? TIA

Hi, thanks for watching. At 2:44 I have used the convert vertex tool to curve motion paths, you can press and hold Ctrl + Alt to activate it or you can get it in more options of the pen tool. For stretching or shortening the timing select all the keyframes>Hold ALT>click and drag the last keyframe.
