Sir, could you make more tutorials on After Effects regarding realistic eye neon glow effects without using plugins? I’m looking for effects similar to those seen with Superman and other amazing effects. Video Copilot has done some tutorials, but they are a bit difficult to understand.

This particle system has many parameters that I covered in the tutorial. By increasing the number of particles, widening the X and Y range for generating particles, and altering the velocity value, you can produce any effect you want. Be sure to carefully review the entire tutorial.
I want to make a gif that loops, how do I make the smoke stop going up and stay in one place?
This matter is quite specialized and requires a comprehensive training program. I am planning to create one in the near future.
Try using Layer > Time> -Freeze on last frame....if you want to slow to a stop, keyframe the time keys using rescale time. This is off the cuff so some phrasing may be incorrect. HTH

Reducing speed isn't just about one parameter; it's related to various parameters such as radius, height, particle generation speed, and connected velocity. It's better to carefully watch the tutorial once.

In this tutorial, I showed how you can set the starting point and spread radius of the smoke. By tweaking all the different settings, you can make the smoke follow a certain path. I'd recommend giving the tutorial another view to fully grasp how it's done.
hey, my after effects does not show particle playground
Accessing Particle Playground :
With the solid layer selected, navigate to Effect > Simulation > Particle Playground. This opens up a variety of particle system controls.
Maybe you are using a different language? In German it is called "Partikelsimulation" instead of "Particle Playground".
