    Losing weight does not have to be an insurmountable, daunting task. It is actually in our nature to be lean and fit. The problem is, our present environment no longer suits our body's dietary needs, and thus, we are left battling our waistline every morning on the scale. The fact is, all we really need to do is eat whole natural plant foods that have been perfectly designed by Mother Nature over thousands of years to nourish ourselves and stay lean. This entails staying away from foods such as animal products, processed convenience foods, and fast foods with a lot of salt, sugar, and added oils. In this video, I discuss removing these foods from your diet, at least while attempting to reach your weight loss goals. Then we dive into which foods you should be replacing these detrimental items with. There are several other strategies I will explain like intermittent fasting, planning and prepping your meals, and eating more simple, whole plant foods to bring back and maintain a lean, healthy body. These are the exact strategies I have used personally with my own weight loss journey, as well as with my clients. If you are interested in gaining some extra support on your weight loss journey be sure to email me at info@modernnutritiondesigns.com for a free consult. I'm always excited to help others jump-start their weight loss efforts and get down to the nitty-gritty of what is keeping them stuck.

      6 years vegan. Plant based eating. . In the morning oats and couscous and Mixed Spices (Cinnamon, Ground Coriander, Nutmeg, Allspice, Clove, Ginger, and Nutmeg) Big teaspoon, and ground Black Pepper and apple and Dates and oranges et cetera. And then brown bread with peanut butter and Mixed Spices, and mustard seeds and a little bit of Cabbage and raisins and pumpkin seeds. And then dinner I have vegan curry and sweet potatoes and squash and onions and garlic and mushrooms and lentils or beans, et cetera. And 1 or 2 nori sheets, put that at the bottom and vegan curry. Or sometimes I do Mexican vegan burritos et cetera. Marmite, or yeast B12 🦠, teaspoon, every two weeks more or less, 500% !!!!
      I tell people all the time about CZcams and the CAFE and anywhere about veganism, plant based. I’m stronger and fitter and healthier on a plant based diet. And I don’t go to the gym. And chair up and down and up And down. and then my hands, up and down and up and down.... 🤝💪.
      Great work ✅❤️😊 !!!!

    Thank you for your efforts in putting together a well-produced video on this topic. I'm just beginning to look at this idea after being a keto-devotee for a year now. Totally the opposite idea!

      You bet! Fad diets seem to be getting more and more harmful to both our health, and our environment. That’s why I love the idea of WFPB being more of a lifestyle. It truly impacts every aspect of your life. Glad this was helpful on your journey towards a more sustainable lifestyle!

    What a great video with great tips, thanks so much Karli. What is your opinion of good plant based protein powder/proteinshake with pea protein or soya? I feel like I need this especially if I've exercised quite a lot. I eat a lot of tofu as well to up my protein.

    Question ... i luv IF and like the idea of not eating after 7pm ..... im a tennis player who plays about 5-6 times a week. The problem i have is that i play late at night 7-9pm. Should i eat something after i play given that its late at night?

    • @cheezheadz3928
      @cheezheadz3928 Před 3 lety

      No. Why would playing tennis make you consider eating after 7?

    • @NaturallyKarli
      @NaturallyKarli  Před 3 lety

      You should have all the energy you need to play without a late dinner.👍
