    If you change your attitude and accept the emotions, they will eventually fade away. This leads to a calmer state. That really makes sense. Can't wait for part 2.

    12.25 our emotions have to go somewhere, suppressing them, they're not gone, they're somewhere in the body... Oh my, that says it all!!! Love this discussion, save and shared, looking forward to part 2 ❤

    I have made great progress thanks to your videos. I am noticing now that the only pain I get is when I am feeling anxious or stressed. Looking forward to part 2 !

    I use a lot of these concepts in my recovery life. Working the steps. (During addiction) Wanting to run from all types of emotional distress, physical distress-It’s all what led to my severe bottom. what led me into addiction in the first place . Became a very good escape artist. and then having to get outside help because of the craziness that was manifesting into my life. This has saved my life over the years when times were extremely chall😢enging. Sober 10+ years from alcohol and opioid addiction. Been coming since 1988. Was out for three. Chronic pain all these years. Sometimes I wonder how I’ve survived this daily pain. Pretty unbelievable. Must be strong. 💪 Really get so much out of your work! You relate and then we don’t feel so all alone!

      @@painpsychotherapy Likewise. Tanner, do you work with people in the US? I have sent Dr Schubiner an email to maybe send him my MRI’s . Spine has a lot of issues, but not bad enough to operate since I don’t have shooting pain down my leg..just across my spine like a knife. Hoping I can still send healing messages of safety to myself and at least benefit myself in some way with Neuroplastic

    My question is when emotions are strong and present 24/7 about the illness itself and the suffering and loss of life. So then is this emotion more limbic/negativity brain bias /dyregulation and should therefore not be fed or entertained?

      Good question. This can depend person to person, often we need to feel strong emotions about symptom to get to a place of calmness, ease, and curiosity with them.

      I know for me it comes out as anger, hopelessness, sadness, anxiety
