Traxxas TRX4M High Trail Chevy K10 Cheyenne Build Series - RCAWD Portal Axles and Driveshafts

The end of the year has gotten really busy for me lately. I had the chance to install the full set portal axles for the TRX4m from RCAWD. The really neat thing about these axles is that they come with open diffs and an optional locked diff spool! Let me say that again... open diffs! It's amazing how things are able to get smaller and smaller. I think I'm going to turn this rig into a monster truck, so having open diffs should be nice. Anyway the full set comes with front and rear axles, as well as the driveshafts and a servo!

Very odd. I just did this install yesterday fully expecting to have to reverse the motors wires yet when I was done it still spun the correct way! I have seen 3 other videos saying you have to reverse the motors wires.... not sure why I didnt have to. Well done video on the install. My video is only talking about it a little.

Well, I'm using the stock radio. If you are using a radio system where you are able to change the throttle direction to throttle reverse, then you don't need to mess with the motor wires. 🤙
