- Restoration Hammer Drill HILTI TE 7-C Electric Germany Old | Restore and Repair
We found an old drill in the warehouse. It has been damaged and no longer functional. German hilti drills are very expensive. We carried out restoration of the drill, the casing of the drill was severely damaged. The inside of the machine has been damaged and is no longer operable. We proceed to wash and repaint the details. Some parts were seriously damaged, we conducted a new replacement. The hilti hammer is very detailed. After so many efforts we have completed the electric hilti hammer. It has worked very well and is almost new. Thank you everyone for watching my video. Don't use gloss paint on the plastics, It looks cheap, especially after a great rebuild. Try a heat gun or something. Or just clean them up and leave them original. Will look better. Just my thoughts. Constructive criticism 👌
Heat gun is not a great idea..used once..deformes the part
@@asadtalib1531 it can be done, just a lot of patience. More so on thicker plastics, but even on thinner. But if someone hasn't done it before then it can warp/ melt pretty quick lol.
Original would be better
Mellesleg mindig tiszta és rendet tart a szerelő asztalon.Gratulálok!
I love the way you revive old things
Great rebuild of a fine piece of equipment! Man that is one complicated little machine... great job getting in apart and back together again! And I agree you don't need to worry too much about paint with something like that - just the original plastic is fine and legit :)
Très bon travail bravo
Good job again. You're strong man ..
Um ótimo trabalho. Sou fã . Macaíba RN Brasil
Fera demais! Que mente! Parabéns!
Let's go again cool...I like the red colour...good job cool
You are very talented and successful shooting ⚙️👍
Đỉnh quá !
Why do they paint their stuff with mud, a quick tip mate, painting it with mud will not make it run better, it will not cool it faster, and if you do need to repair it, you will not need to remove the mud first. Just trying to help you in future.
How do you remember how that thing goes back together ? I am surprised at all the parts in that thing. Never the less, good job.
Saludos me ayudaste gracias que DIOS TE BENDIGA Y TE GUARDE SALUDOS DESDE GUATEMALA
Sehr talentiert. Respekt 👍

Beautiful piece of work!
This tool still has a lot of life in it thats because its is a high end tool.In the States this tool is usually only repaired by techs and the support for a DIYer is not there, plus the parts are very expensive but you did a very good job you have tech savvy.
ahhhh hilti ! the rolls royce under this machines ..... and expensive .
Maravilhoso trabalho parabéns.
the paint has gone bad
perfect job, but i donot painting only clear the plastic
Good
Probably one of your most intricate jobs . Know wonder those Hilti's are damn expensive to buy. Way too many parts. Great job on the reassembly.
I look your video, this machine dont will, run well, because in the gear hause hilti dont use grease, 35ml hilti oil only use because the flying piston run well for this oil.
Too strong video !! Like
Excelente trabalho tmj.
Nice wok, your oddly mesmerizing.
question.. 5k what? dong, euro or dollar? coz that unit here in USA is $500 dollars new. good video as usual. keep up the tools restorations!
good job👍🏻
I'm glad you fixed the T at @31:16 My OCD would have kept me up all night.

Sehr professionell.
Scary horn at 1:33 😂, videos are better with natural sounds, I hope you keep them 👍
Quality is good for the worf
Nice job, 👌👍
My Dad still has his Hilti TE72 from 1980.
Hilti is not german. Hilti's are made in Liechtenstein. Liechtenstein is princedom, litle monarch near austria and swiss. Only 160 km2
The black parts must be painted with matte black, the red must be painted with a clear to leave it with the original color and the original hilti brand, with that red paint it looks like a cheap Chinese drill, but apart from that good restoration.
My thoughts excactly. All that shiny paint makes it look like a cheap copy.
And Hilti machines definitely aren't cheap...
very good job The Boss!
super !!
Good job
In time the grease will destroy the gearbox and hammer action, rince it out and refill with the correct grade oil...
Good job....
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice job
The price (brand new, included taxes) is 750 US dollars in Peru. Thanks for "the show".
before the paint job, look its a really dirty hilti, still one of the best drills out there. after paintjob... oh its just a cheap chinese knockoff
Dear friend. I can advise you how to restore the plastic instument to factory quality. 1. Sandblasting plastic parts. 2. Spray with acetone.Acetone will fuse microscopic cavities and evaporate. The surface will be as from the factory-shagreen.

Uma bela e complicada máquina Alemã!!🇧🇷🇧🇷
Can’t believe you painted the logo 😧
Hi
Nice👌👌👌👌👍👍👍👍
It was a very difficult task.like a puzzle.

Cái máy đang đẹp lại đi chát bùn đất vào .. khổ 😅
Big men. Algeria
Kpina, nawet narzędzi nie ma tylko scyzoryk.
👌
for sale and value it is better to let the Finish scratchy and original. the Job you did is also very good. :-) and the machine new is not about 5k... it is about 500 bugs
👍👏 Excellent job, keep going. Where you live? I have 2 drills need to be repaired. You might help me to repair them.

👍
Of the maquin
Where's the oil, dude?
It seems that mud on top of the machine wantedly put on?
You are a great handyman, this tool needed someone with your skill to repair it back to life, just don't restore them.
congratulations you managed to make a $1000.00 hilti drill look like a $20.00 Chinese knockoff. it would have been better if you sanded the dyed plastic smooth and left it without the cheep stickers
Callate estupido
No Grees

here in the Philippines, how and where can i buy the connecting rod and piston if it is for model TE-7C? tnx!
Never paint a Hilti regardless of how bad the body looks, other than that what an excellent job!

Did not put oil in the gearbox ,
yes. thank you
You do not a did oil in the bad Boston
Where can I find the soundtrack used in your video?
Good job and repair, but why do you paint plastic parts? Now it looks like cheap copy of Hilti tool. I think you need to leave plastic peaces as it is to leave genuine Hilti look...
I think too.
You do a great job but you need to stop painting the plastic. Makes it look cheap.
Just one question why this guy all his restoratios covers with mud? When job is done all tools they bury in the ground? xD please explain xD
