  • Restoration Hammer Drill HILTI TE 7-C Electric Germany Old | Restore and Repair
We found an old drill in the warehouse. It has been damaged and no longer functional. German hilti drills are very expensive. We carried out restoration of the drill, the casing of the drill was severely damaged. The inside of the machine has been damaged and is no longer operable. We proceed to wash and repaint the details. Some parts were seriously damaged, we conducted a new replacement. The hilti hammer is very detailed. After so many efforts we have completed the electric hilti hammer. It has worked very well and is almost new. Thank you everyone for watching my video. Don't use gloss paint on the plastics, It looks cheap, especially after a great rebuild. Try a heat gun or something. Or just clean them up and leave them original. Will look better. Just my thoughts. Constructive criticism 👌

Heat gun is not a great idea..used once..deformes the part

@@asadtalib1531 it can be done, just a lot of patience. More so on thicker plastics, but even on thinner. But if someone hasn't done it before then it can warp/ melt pretty quick lol.

Ez szimpatikus fiatalember nagyon ügyes.Minden roncsból, agyon rozsdásodott eszközből szinte újat varázsol.Magabiztos kézzel bontja a szerszámokat, körültekintően szelektálja, tisztítja, rendszerezi.Különösen szimpatikus az összeszerelés: mindennek megtalálja a pontos helyét és határozottan építi a szerszámot.Mellesleg mindig tiszta és rendet tart a szerelő asztalon.Gratulálok!

Great rebuild of a fine piece of equipment! Man that is one complicated little machine... great job getting in apart and back together again! And I agree you don't need to worry too much about paint with something like that - just the original plastic is fine and legit :)

Why do they paint their stuff with mud, a quick tip mate, painting it with mud will not make it run better, it will not cool it faster, and if you do need to repair it, you will not need to remove the mud first. Just trying to help you in future.

The black parts must be painted with matte black, the red must be painted with a clear to leave it with the original color and the original hilti brand, with that red paint it looks like a cheap Chinese drill, but apart from that good restoration.

Dear friend. I can advise you how to restore the plastic instument to factory quality. 1. Sandblasting plastic parts. 2. Spray with acetone.Acetone will fuse microscopic cavities and evaporate. The surface will be as from the factory-shagreen.
