@@N0WARE woops. I thought I did.
Which size ll be fine for 19x10 cm hands? I'm ordered EC3-C already, but I'm an afraid that it can be little a bit small for my hands.
Hell yea! I can't wait to get my hands on this and the EC2C.
Can't wait for these to release, great video as always!
That's epic! Thanks for the video! Can wait for EC2-C and EC1-C!
The way u describe the mice being held and how it feels etc is unrivaled. love your content
Thank you so much.
This is truely nostalgic. I wish it could be a bit smaller because now I'm so used to small mice. Nice vids as always Fresh!
Ty!!
I absolutely love my new Ec3-C. I own over 40+ mice but I continue to go back to the Zowie mice due to comfort.
Your description of the Outset was amazing 🤣 My EC3-C comes tomorrow, glad to see Zowie mice aren’t dead! When they release a wireless… woof.
🤣I keep it unscripted and all I could think of was it had a big ole booty hahaha. Wireless ec3c would be alpha.
I love your review. It's why I got the np-01. Getting the ec3-c and hope it's my main. Used to use ec2 before I realize it's a bit big.
Ty! Hope you love it
Great info! I was considering this one as an ergo user.
FRESHY just got a red Gretxa from nacho, mm720 is coming tomorrow and now I need this mouse i was super excited for your ec3-c review! Got a good rotation to try out in apex ranked thank you!
Great sounding rotation!
Mine should be here this afternoon , can’t wait. I was hoping to be the first reviewer hahaha
Great review as always, if possible you should definitely do a hand cam when you show gameplay
I need to get a cam link for sure. Really good idea would make it much more entertaining
Imagine if they released a FK-2 Wireless With a proper scroll wheel. They sleepin on their own mice
Not wrong!
so true. And yeah, a proper scroll wheel... And maybe chop some weight.
Scroll wheels are fine stop
@@veryinterestingpersonaliti8321 the fk2 has probably the worst feeling scroll wheel Ive ever tried. It feels like you about to break It for every scroll you do
Love zowie mice, my FK-2 has a special place in my heart because it was the mouse I was using when I reached Diamond rank on siege.
I’ve been tempted to get a FK2-B or the S2, I guess I’ll wait to see if those get an update as well.
Great video fresh!
Ty! I am looking forward to the FK2 refresh also
Okay, this is the vid that I watch of you and this is great content. Subbed!
thank you so much!
First ec3 review POG
Every batch of Zowie mice is refreshed. They are constantly tweaking things. I have 3x EC2's that I've bought over the last few years and each one is different in some way shape or form. From button clicks to side button changes.. coating and scroll wheel changes. They make very miniscule changes to simply refine their already mastered mouse.
Loving these reviews you do! Any chance you’d do monitors in the future? 🤞
Hoping to get a review done of my xl2546k soon!
I like the Zowie mice because its simple no drivers needed and they feel very solid which in my opinion is more important than being super lightweight or wireless
You’ve convince me to buy an e-c3 :] love the rate you’ve been pumping out your reviews, helps me analyze my mice as well.
I just started using the mm720 because of your last review, and I love it! Almost feels like I was using aimbot lol. I had so much control, thanks so much for the recommendation! I had to stop using it after one night because of the mouse feet tho lol. It was scratching up my artisan zero very badly and leaving marks all over. What mouse skates do you use to replace your mm720s?
Highly recommend tiger arc v1s to go with it. I’ve recently swapped back to the v1 on my sky pad and they feel great. I’m still loving the mm720. So good! Really tough to pick between the two but I think they’re both on my top pick list for sure. Going to sub the ec3 in for the outset
Very nice reviews. I've always said Steelseries mice tend to feel like your pen/pencil analogy. I ordered the Prime cause of your other review on it
Ty!
How is your Prime? is it a good mice?
@@icedlatte5641 I love it. However some people take issue with the lift off distance. If you’re put off by high lod it could be a deal breaker
Tested all the new mice and still aiming best with my ec2a, I'ts crazy. Something about the shape and the angle snapping 3310 sensor (aimbot built in) x) So waiting for this one. Sometimes its hard for me to aim fast with pixel precision cuz of the +90g weight. Hope this is truly a game changer!
it’s so strange man, i tried so many lightweight
mice but in the end i still aim the most precise with my ec2-a... let me see what the ec3 will do for me
@@derboss66 i was playing the ec2a for so many years and switched over to skoll mini. it fits perfectly and is light but i am playing so bad with it. i switched back to ec2a knowing that it is to big for my hands and to heavy, at least in my mind.
Well they release the ec2-c with a lighter weight might be worth a try for you man!
Loved EC2 when i played cs in a team. Now i just play casual leagues and using outset ax but feel the back is way too big compare to EC but lenght is good for my 18 x 9.5 hands so i think this ec3 will be perfect. Sadly in eu maxgaming has them end of august thats long wait....
18x9.5 try xm1r would be perfect 😌
@@N0WARE i have the og xm1 didnt like much as i dont have full on claw grip. I have about 25 different mouse and ec2 still best comfort, but i have got so used to lower weight so i cant use it anymore. Also the old 3310 sensor feels so slow. Just need to wait over month for the ec3 😬

Do you have the mm731 from cooler master yet? I just ordered one on ebay for $85. Pretty excited about it.
I'm getting my ec3c tmr... But after watching this video, I'm so curious about the prime to.
A wireless ergo with long battery life is something so interesting.
The prime wireless is so nice. I hear the wired versions are meh and I haven’t tested them personally. But the wireless is 100% 🔥
You’re the new review goat.
You mentioned that those 3 mice are the top 3 ergo mice on the market, I was wondering your opinion on the Roccat Kone Pro Air? Especially vs the Steelseries.
Thanks! Love the review as always.
So the kone pro air is REALLY good and could potentially be subbed in the top 3 for most people. I find these three to be more of the common/typical ergo shapes whereas the kpa is more flat and original
@@FreshReviewsYT Makes total sense! I just watch a lot of reviews and a TON of reviewers when talking about Ergo mice forget or chose not to mention the KPA. But it makes sense. Thank you for the reply.
Looking to buy a new mouse, would you suggest prime wireless, or ec3-c? I play mostly valorant and other FPS's.
I own the EC3-C since one week.
I testet around 20 mice and ended up with the conclusion, that there are many nice mice on the market, but the EC2 has still the best shape.
The ec3c is the best mouse I testet so far but I think they made one mistake. EC1 and 2 have the same hight. Lowering the height of the 3C was not necessary.
Thanks for the great review! Just 1 qns if you don't mind answering
I'm personally using the xm1r but am looking for an ergo mouse. My only concern is my sweaty hands which the xm1r is doing an amazing job at.
Will you say the EC3-C's coating is decent? Cheers!
It’s not the best for sweaty hands but you can try to use BTL grips from lethal
Another great review. Is that a 60% GMMK I see? Which switches do you use?
Ty! It is, currently using silent gat black ink v2s
Hey fresh review, what is your lod? Is it default?
My initial impression was this mouse is small. I was p surprised thought it be filling my palm similar to ec2 but its similar to np-01. Groove wise I think ec3 beats it after a while.
Scroll wheel was okay still but casual browsing is nicer than the np-01.
It's my main for now. I think ec2c would be the main for most people.
I think I agree tbh. I left lod default during testing
Best reviews in the biz
Love you!
Mouse button post travel stil crap, wonder if they made any improvement to click latency
Thank u for the good review!!! Is this your new main or do u main something else?
Still maining the orochi
Great Review as always! I’m really looking forward to the S2-c (S3-c? I’m still kinda confused by the new naming scheme lmao). Though I do hope they bring a glossy version to all these reworks as I hate the matte Zowie coating.
Yea I love how the glossy feels after sanding.
Hi, is it possible for you to do ec2b vs ec2c. I am quite curiously about how the new ec2c feels since it seems like a slightly bigger ec2b.
There is no difference in size or shape between the two. If you’re going of website dimensions its just cuz they’ve measured the C-series differently. The stress relief and base werent included for the older models dimensions. Source: Twitter DM from Zowie support.
Are the clicks at all different from the -B range? It'd be nice if they were slightly less stiff and a bit crisper after having gotten used to Omrons on the GPX and Model O. I've begun using an FK1+-B again and it's actually hurting my index finger's topmost joint when spam clicking in FPS.
I have the fk2-c coming. I’ll make sure I address that in the video
Actually they said in their material the scroll wheel is now 24 step instead of 16 as previously so maybe it is better, what do you think about this scroll in particular for web browsing compared to their previous ones? @Fresh Reviews I would be interested in this mouse actually if the scroll isn't complete uter garbage like their old ones.
It’s way better
What is your sensitivity for apex legends?
Idk I just love the sound of huano switches even if omrons might be a little better.
Could you perhaps add a super quick rundown of the specs(weight, dimensions) so that viewers don't have to look them up when watching your videos?
For sure. Going to try to add a pinned comment adding dimensions
The question here is, how many weeks till fresh says that he got a new favorite wired mouse? 🤣
Hahaha. Touché
Easier to pick a wireless main lol 😂
@@FreshReviewsYT haha orochi is just too good man
" The Techne " a youtuber is doing the exactly same thing and then talking like a brat makes it only worse.
19x10 Fingertip grip and i buy a orochi v2 what do you think? Do you have a better suggestion? And what is your current favorite mouse? thank you!
Orochi is still my favorite. I took a break from it for awhile because I was testing so many mice, but it’s back to being my main
Hey fresh, I'm sorry to bombard you with so many questions.
I've been using ec3 and my aim never have been so crisp and aimlocky. But coming from ec2 to ec3, I didn't expect big mice to small mice to give me carpal tunnel. Excess playing make me feel like I'll get long problems.
Anyway I was wondering how the steelseries prime wireless size compare to ec3, bigger? I was thinking this or ninjutsu oox.
It’s a bit bigger but actually feels very good in the hand with the way it slopes at the front. I love the prime wireless you might like it a lot!
Is it possible if I could just ask you a quick question. What mouse would you prefer for competitive gaming? The NP-01 or the Outset AX. I noticed you have a similar grip style as me, bottom palm relaxed on the mousepad, hybrid relaxed claw/palm. And what is your hand size if you also don't mind me asking?
Edit, Main game is fps! Valorant/csgo. mained the gpx and ec. Looking for a new main so I am stuck between these two options.
@@Frankie-kn4ex hand size is a little over 21cm. I feel I played a little more consistent on the outset compared to the np01
I main the superlight but I'm pretty tempted to try this one out. I've never tried an ec mouse before, would you say the shape is comparable to the oox?
Mmmm I’m having a hard time remembering how the oox feels in hand. I have another coming in white and I’ll let you know. But the ec3 i instantly liked
@@FreshReviewsYT the more i look at it the more i think it reminds me of my oox which makes me hesitant, not that its a bad shape i just dont see a point in buying a wired version of a shape i already own. still super good video though, enough info to make me still want one
How is the pre-travel on the side buttons? Are they as bad as the ec2-a/b side buttons? How do they compare to vaxee side buttons?
I actually only had barely any. The side buttons are vastly improved! But the only issue I had was they could be a lot more tactile. They feel somewhat soft to me. Not mooshy, but not a nice crispy crisp
Why not opt for the bigger version the EC1-C bc you have larger hands?
Don’t know if I should go for ec3c or super light, I currently use g pro wireless but my favorite mouse has been ec2b
If you love the ec2, I’d recommend checking out the pulsar xlite wireless
how does this compare to the ninjutso oox?
Yo @Fresh Reviews I got the xl2546 as you advised me and I'm really pleased with it but i dont know how to set it up to get decent colors, like you do. Could you tell me what monitor/colour settings you are using please ?
When I get home, I will circle back and drop my settings!
@@FreshReviewsYT Nice ! Thank you so much in advance then.
Saw people singing your praises on Reddit and now I agree that you are the second coming of RJN
Hahahaha thank you so much !
My hand size is 18-9 cm. Would you recommend me ec3-c ec2-c or outset ax? Outset ax is a little bit expensive in my country too.
out of all of the options, probably the EC3
What would you recommend for a small ergo? I am have trouble choosing between vaxee np01s, skill mini or the ec3. What would you recommend?
EC3 or skoll mini for sure
Np-01s is Not a Real ergo mouse. Just a only a tiny bit at the hump.
Great review! Thanks. What mousepad are you using on this video?
Mousepad in the video was a skypad
@@FreshReviewsYT is it custom made?
@@FreshReviewsYT I was referring to the desk pad with the big circles…
@@psiboost that’s an alexotos pad from spacecables
I love my outset Ax a lot but I don't have the biggest hands. Does the right side of both mice feel a bit same? Outset AX as a whole feels a bit chunky to me. So when I saw a smaller ec2 I got hyped as EC2a was my main for a long time. I really wanna get it but I'm afraid to buy another mouse that won't be used.
Anyone to help?
Ty
I thought the same thing! I bought the np-01 as it was basically a s2 x ec2a hybrid with the height.
I'm excited to say I cop this mouse... Cause I still tilt grip on the np-01
@@tsumday i bought the NP01s. I more or less like it but i feel it's too flat towards the buttons and I tilt grip too, adding that i hold the mouse itself a bit crooked/slanted too.
Right side is close. But the mouse feels waaaaay smaller in the hand than the outset. Feels real nice
dude you can play with all mice great :D
how are the stock teflon skates on the ec3c?
i assume theyre alright since they werent a concern
I did not have an issue with them but they are slower than I prefer. I upgraded to Tiger Arc V1
Did they fix their loud and mushy main/side buttons? On video it doesn’t sound the same as my EC2 I think.
They could be more tactile, but definitely improved over the ec2
Review on the Grexta by any chance?
Coming soon! Very soon!
Kone Pro Air not in your ergo comparison? It's my main surprised you don't like it more
I actually really like it, but I didn’t include it because it isn’t quite the common ergo shape like the outset deathadder ec2 etc. Really good mouse from Roccat though.
Would the wireless of prime beat out the ec3 slightly better shape for you?
After trying so many mice I've noticed I aim best with ergo mice. Outset was slightly too big and love prime so far. Not sure if I should try the ec3 or just leave it.
Still trying to choose between the two. It’s a close call
@@FreshReviewsYT the reason I like prime is because I like to claw with my 20 by 10 hands. I like the hump of mouse in my palm but because the slope is steep it doesn't really feel like it's there while still being there if that makes sense. I'd assume it's the same with ec3 but I realized that the ec3 I'd quite a bit shorter. With that hand size could you comfortably claw or is ec2c the move?
Other than that I'm deciding if it's worth going back to wired lol
@@basil1596 claw is great on the ec3
@@FreshReviewsYT Srry fresh just quick question. Looking over the dimensions for the ec3 it seems fairly smaller than ec2. How small does it feel tho? as small as skoll mini, orochi or origin one x or still a decent size?
Hey man, you gonna try the vaxee mousepads?
For sure!
can we see a Artisan Zero review?

MM720 vs. EC3-C
which one would you pick, if you could only choose one of them as your main?
Oh man that’s hard. Honestly at $29.99 the mm720 can’t really be beat lol. Extra mouse skates it comes out to like 36$. But the ec3c needs skates so the price comes out to about 76-80. A lot of performance on the mm720 for half the price. But I cannot deny the ec3 feels so damn good 👍

Zowie always strikes me as a rather "lazy brand" when it comes to releases. To have stringent and consistent line-up is a good thing in most cases, but they really take their sweet time reacting to customer demand. The weight and cables of their mice have been outdated for ages now and it's not like this refresh took a lot of design work (given that the mouse design team has left BenQ and founded Vaxee quite a while ago, that was not to be expected either, however). They shrank the EC2 shell. They will do the same with their FK and S lines. And then the larger shells will release in lighter variations as well. Sorry, but: Big deal.
Yes, that is what customers want. I am just saying that they are way too slow in their reaction to the market. And for my taste those mice remain underfeatured anyway. I'd like 1200 dpi personally. Can't have that on a Zowie mouse, though. Would add too much clutter after all :P

The cable and 70g weight is def a big step in the right direction, but at 70 dollars this mouse is still grossly overpriced. Zowie really needs to fix their coating so all the oils and grease of your hand dont make the mouse look so gross after use. At 70 dollars I feel the mouse deserves a better sensor as well. Really no reason to buy an ec3 with the other ergo mice tho if they can make an s2 or s3 with better cord at around 70 grams then i can see zowie staying in business but only by a thread. If they just fix how easily the coating attraxts oils, keep the paracord, and get their mice around 60 to 70 grams and reduce the price by atleast 10 dollars they could become great again but if they cant then they arent making progress fast enuff and will get left behind
You bring up good points, but I do have to throw out there all Vaxee mice are $70 after shipping and gwolves isn’t inexpensive either for the most part
$60 would feel more fair, $70 isn't really that bad if you want the shape though. The cable doesn't necessitate modding any longer so the price is actually the price.
I still agree about the coating though. My S2 made my hand sweat like no other, and it sort of just pooled on the back of it in a damp circle xD
If the FK2-C follows suit with these specs I might just give in and try it. Waiting til November for Finalmouse to be available is so annoying.
@@nyororomeowelas1225 Yea 59.99 would definitely be a better spot. 100%
You make a lot of fair points.
I think zowie cheap out on the sensor because they have an abundance of supply 3360.
That said, 70 bucks for a lighter ergonomic ec2 with Paracord is a plus for me. My ec2a is 5 years old, double click and weight 90.
