I've bought a couple superlight (but not The Superlight) mice with ambidextrous design (minus the thumb buttons obviously) and they tend to break within 9 months and require charging twice a week. That bit of ergo shaping and some extra weight after all the bad experiences I've had sounds like this could be a winner. I've never had a Zowie product but I had a BenQ monitor back in the day that was good so there is no scepticism towards the brand on my part. Also with my tiny 16cm hands I'm thinking the EC3-CW could be a comfortable palmgrip mouse for me, I'm tempted.
Yeah its a reasonably good option. The lamzu thorn and Xlite V3 could be good alternatives too.

I was a pulsar xlite v2 mini user and tried this mouse out for 2-3 weeks. I loved it but the heavier weight was shockingly annoying me at times. I tried it on a control pad like artisan zero and then something quicker like a padsmith first war. I just performed better on my xlite. I really didnt think that it was THAT BAD but still noticable i performed better on the xlite. I mained ec2-a for a few years when it originally came out. Maybeeee i needed to give it more time but I ended up returning mine. Also, Jawgemo who mains the ec3-cw said that he was told my zowie reps the dongle performed better than the "big chungus" receiever lol. Great review! Currently trying the Thorn so I'm curious to see what your thoughts are on that.
Thats a funny thing to here from jawg! Mice are really subjective so i guess it just wasnt a good fit. The thorn review is coming real soon so stay tuned!!

I picked up the EC2-CW at $120. I kind of want to try the Vaxee AX wireless, or maybe the XE. I don't game competitively at all, and like you were sayin at the end of the video it just sort of fits my hand. Dunno if trying anything else would matter all that much.

am considering between this for $140 and a Lamzu Thorn at $180. I used a EC1-A in the past and it was really comfortable not to mention how well built the mouse was and really want to experience that again. However with the Lamzu, spec wise it is better and im pretty sure the overall ergonomic shape would be good

For its price, its overrated IMO. Plus it has the 3370 sensor (which isn't bad) but why not the 3395? Also its heavier than I would like it to be.

I was looking into getting this mouse, but then I found out you cannot configure macros for the side buttons.
you can use x mouse button control to do that. third party software but works without issues and to me, it's really no different than downloading a dedicated driver

Drastically different if i recall, since the prime has a more symmetrical shape. Size wise j would say similar but depends on the grip

This mouse is a complete scam and its wireless receiver is a complete gimick I have lamzu Atlantis 4k mini I'm using it at 4000hz motion sync off when I test the polling rate on zowie polling rate site it's constantly about 3900mhz which is a insane polling rate stability. The only good thing about EC3CW is its shape nothing more.
