STANDING CORE Workout for SENIORS and BEGINNERS | Gentle and Safe | At Home

  • This standing core workout is a gentle, safe, slow movement exercise program designed with safety in mind. Ground your feet into the floor, take your time and concentrate on keeping your abs tight throughout the exercise program. It is created with seniors and/or beginners in mind. Can easily be done at home without equipment.

    I enjoyed this. I walk a lot but tend to neglect the core area. I believe I can stick with this. thank you

      I think it’s very common for people to walk a lot while forgetting about strengthening the rest of the body. I am happy to read this worked for you.

    Another fabulous workout, Jules. I believe that I have liked every single one of your workouts. Thank you for all that you do.
    Although this video is over two years old, my only wish/suggestion, maybe you already do this, is that you would kindly include a "beep" sound after each exercise. It helps a lot when I'm facing the floor and can't see the screen. Thanks again.

      I do usually include a beep/bell sound now, especially if they are no-talking videos:)

    Another jewel ("Jule"!) Thank you for reminders to focus on abs: I visualize loose waistband on tight jeans. I did try going faster in round two but returned to the slower reps as they allowed better focus.

    Another great one! It’s more of a workout than what you might think, and is as much of an arm workout as it is abs. Whew!

    This is great! Working on getting a waist again🤗 How often should a workout like this be done? I do have to be careful with the knee twists but your reminders to make it "my own" workout, really help me!

      Thanks Bonnie! The cardio and strength workouts will also help to tone the waist but if you really want to focus on an strength, I would suggest doing this workout twice a week. I’m glad to read that you are modifying certain exercises as needed:)
