FULL MOVIE - Can you finish Terraria Calamity Mod while using Yoyos Only?

Start by building basic shelter, then dig for ore and other resources. Discover and craft over 500 weapons of magic, ranged, melee and summon varieties, as well as armor, and use them to battle hundreds of different enemies. Soon you'll be going head-to-head with any of a dozen enormous bosses. Go fishing, ride a mount, find Floating Islands, build houses for helpful NPCs, and much, much more.
The Calamity Mod is a large content mod for Terraria which adds many hours of endgame content and dozens of enemies and bosses dispersed throughout the vanilla game's progression. The Calamity Mod also features several harder difficulty modes, five new biomes and new structures, a new class, more than forty new songs, over fifty recipes for previously uncraftable vanilla items and other assorted changes to vanilla gameplay.
Right after finishing the Flails Only run, I uploaded a community post where I asked you what would you like to see, the most voted option being this Yoyos Only run, which, at first, I thought that it might be impossible (since I have tried it in 2020). If the Flails Only run was a 10 out of 10, this is easily an 11/10!

The funny thing about Phantasm's way of speaking/accent is he'll say "that's fucking great" in the same monotone way, making it really hard to tell when he's being serious, and when he's being sarcastic.

For your future playthroughs:
In the DOG fight, STICK TO MOON LORD ARMORS unless you are a Mage (Prismatic) or Rogue (Bloodflare) (especially when Melee, Solar Flare is straight up broken). They all provide better bonuses than Bloodflare (unless True Melee), especially Solar Flare cause of it's damage reduction.
And for the love of god, use a mount for laser wall (fishron mount, UFO, broom, literally anything that can stay in the air without falling like with the wings) and just stand in the box that's created by the lasers. It's literally the easiest thing to dodge in the game.
Edit: Also use Slime God instead of King Slime when you need healing, you will melt them anyway but they drop 3x the amount of hearts King Slime drops.
I used omega blue armour as ranger and id say it was better than vortex

Just a tip, but if anyone is struggling with the DoG laser attacks, you can turn autopause on and they are so much easier to dodge.

A great way to distinguish the real boc between the illusions is to look on the minimap because it'll show an icon of where the real boc is

ahaha, this is a coincidence, ive been doing a yoyo only infernum master mode (with a compatibility mod) and supreme calamitas is awful. i was stuck on yharon for a few hours and scal's first phase with sepulcher is really difficult because the oracle yoyo is hard to use well while dodging and the obliterator's damage on worms is abysmal. got any tips?
aftermath: so i beat it with the sealocket and the heart statue + ceaseless void potion combo.
its quite, uh overpowered.
Just in case you didn't know, you can tell which brain is the real one if you have your minimap on. Only one of them shows up on there.

When I tried this challange, it was total pain in the arse becuase of lack of damage cuz yoyos are trash for fights even oracle. Idk if there been a balance stuff but yeah a challange that i wont ever dare to do again

Could you attempt minimum calamity bosses? Me and a friend tried it in revengeance but got walled by DOG/ yharon
Min bosses for classic calamity are:
Wof (for hardmode)
One mech boss (mythril anvil)
Calamitas clone (for ashes)
Cultist (for moonlord)
Ravager (for crafting materials)
Moonlord (for DOG)
DOG (cosmic anvil)
Yharon (auric bars)
SCAL
I would love to see you try that challenge, i havent seen anyone do it so far,

@@myPookieBear120 yeah the recipe is luminite, polterplasm and galactica singularities, meaning it's just post moonlord. This recipe has been around for a while but it's a bit niche. Lets u skip some of the sentinels tho in a normal playthrough if u don't need to fight them for loot

why don't you use god slayer dash or tarragon buff with auric set ? especially it helps a lot in exo mech fight

I think its oreexcavator, just press the keybind at the edge of the platform
