I agree. I meal prep a stew with beef chuck, red and white beans, beef liver, mushrooms and peas and carrots. I'll pour it over raw spinach.

@@kutejikashi3158the reason people are fat is becuase of high insulin that makes the fat get stored in our body instead of being used for energy. if u wanna get to a good weight, then dont eat sugar and carbs. eat alot of meat and just eat whenever u are hungry. also dont use plant/seed oils. when ur insulin is low u can burn your fat.
edit: starving yourself is NEVER good. if u eat good food then u barely have to think about what u eat.
