Very apt given that I've had a migraine today....spot on about them being the most debilitating, I literally lose half of my vision in both eyes, can't speak properly (words come out back to front) pins and needles down half of my entire body (including tongue, gums) I've given up trying to cure myself I just have to live with it like I have since I was 16....I'm 48 this month! I’d beg to differ about migraines being the worst. I’ve had tension headaches that did EVERYTHING attributed to migraines, but the pain was not on one side, it was across the top half of the head. So either they’re migraines that affect the wrong part of the head, or tension headaches can be every bit as bad as migraines. I’ve had them last as long as three weeks at a time, and wanted somebody to come by and knock me out with a hammer until it was over.
Kazeba ... I also experience tension headaches and good ways to reduce the pain for me is cold flannels/ice packs. Now this isn't going to get rid of the headache but will relax the head. As well as this if you take vitimin B tablets it can help to reduce them. I take regular propranolol which I am prescribed from my neurologist so it is worth talking to your docotor about it. All of these things won't completely get rid of them but will reduce them and the pain!

Can anyone please tell me at least what kind of headache I have, and how to preeced the treatment!

Update after two years : although the headache is not gone completely, I feel much better. Most days I can read, work and do my errands without thinking about my head. So stay positive and the headache will slowly go away although it could take few months or ever years sadly. Medication won't necessarily help as I found out, I cut them off completely unless I had a major headache. Ps : among all the medication out there, you could find one that will suit you and mitigate your headache considerably. But I recommend not to abuse them as they could also damage something else that isn't broken in your body.
nonsense. treatment of symptoms is no substitute for correction of cause. you have no clue of the cause or the correction. this is why migraine sufferers need to see an hio method chiropractor instead of wasting their time with non-corrective therapies.
They aren't being a troll. They're just saying they have dealt with the pain tension headaches cause for way too long to ever think there a "cure" for it.

It doesn’t help that im stressed out that ill have to sit in a dark room and cry for like 5 hours
Yeah nothing says relax like your life needs to be put on hold… Again
I get headaches after exercising in the heat. I don't get them all winter long. I drink a ton of water to avoid dehydration. But it doesn't help. Thoughts?
Jordan McDonald me too. I was outside today for 2 hrs and drank a lot of water and I could feel the headache coming and now I’ve had it for 4 hours
Cluster headaches are far worse than migraines
I have migraine and I don't know cause migraine can last for weeks

Stress are really bad girl it cause a lot of health promblem and genetic play a role
Am I the only one who heard him say hot yoga? Lol
I've had migraines since I was 8
They've diminished a lot since but sometimes my tension head aches relaly trigger my migraines
I guess TMJ disorder doesn't help either
I've been dealing with headaches that are scaring me from (maybe?) TMJ. I have tmjd and I'm hoping all weird headaches and new symptoms are from clenching/grinding.
Can bruxism produce tension headaches? An how to avoid them.
Moreira Da Lima i have bruxism and i made a research. It is definitely risk factor, especially if you have tension migraines in the morning. I am getting braces soon to change bite

You're not a doctor, right?
I get tension headaches on the top of my head smh
Angel medrano me tooooo..it sucks..when i press the top of my head I feel how deep the headache is
I don't know what kind of headache I have, it's been tree months now I feel daily headache usually in one part of the head but sometimes in two spots in the front of my head, I feel pulsing sensation in my back head, and sometimes a weird feeling in one spot or two of the front of my head like the spot is cold or empty that I feel the need to put pressure on it. I have visited a doctor he was in such a hurry he just looked at my scan exam and told me it is jut stress, but it is not as there is nothing to justify it. Can anyone please tell me at least what kind of headache I have, and how to preeced the treatment!
This sounds exactly like my symptoms! And my doctor says it's stress, because tests aren't showing anything. I'm trying to believe it's stress, but I'm terrified it's something worse. Have you gotten any answers? I hope you're feeling better!
@@starrywillowtree hi there, I did an mri exam, irm in French. But there is nothing on it the doctor said, he gave me other stress medications, although I'm not convinced. If you like to talk more about this issue give me your contact infos. Talking with someone who has similar conditions helps.
Hey any update on your condition?
Update after two years : although the headache is not gone completely, I feel much better. Most days I can read, work and do my errands without thinking about my head. So stay positive and the headache will slowly go away although it could take few months or ever years sadly. Medication won't necessarily help as I found out, I cut them off completely unless I had a major headache. Ps : among all the medication out there, you could find one that will suit you and mitigate your headache considerably. But I recommend not to abuse them as they could also damage something else that isn't broken in your body.
This doctor never answers questions his loyal viewers posts? What's with that?
👍👍👍👍
I have all lmao
I love Dr.Axe but it baffles me why he constantly calls himself a damn Dr!!
nonsense. treatment of symptoms is no substitute for correction of cause. you have no clue of the cause or the correction. this is why migraine sufferers need to see an hio method chiropractor instead of wasting their time with non-corrective therapies.
Amen!
Nothing can cure tension headache.... i've suffered for years now
They aren't being a troll. They're just saying they have dealt with the pain tension headaches cause for way too long to ever think there a "cure" for it.
Thank you
