Having included all the details in the invitation letter, such as the relationship, declaration to support me during the 26 days in Canada, attaching T4, passport copy, and Employers of the invitee and attaching the copy of the air ticket, declaring no mortage to house etc., my visa is rejected on the grounds insufficient proof of relationship to host in Canada. What more is required to prove.

Hello JP, the invitation letter by you is given to the applicant and they submit that with their application. The invitation letter is just a small portion of it, there are many other requirements. It is recommended to hire a law firm to have a higher chance of success as visitor visas are not easily granted by citizenship and immigration canada.
