We tried applying twice, the first time when I’m still in college still studying, yet denied the interviewer said try again next time and gave us a paper stating that WE MIGHT STAY LONGER like wtf!? I’m still studying currently enrolled. We applied September so that we can spend christmas to new year in the states, mind you were in a guided tour, but still denied. The second apply was 2017 we would like to try again together with my neice and nephew, complete documents with affidavit of support and concent, still denied! The visa processing fee is no joke! It is really expensive! US embassy in the philippines is really a joke, we’ve been to countries that issues visa especially europe. I think approving and denying is depending on the mood of the consul. Not even 3mins the consul will deny you without asking question.

Is it really such a big success? They make it such a big deal to just go there for your studies or as a tourist. They took the land that didn't belong to them, brought all kind of people from multiple nationalities and since one moment decided that they'll make it ultra hard to migrate to their place. They say that "USA is a land of opportunity" on their immigration website. I ask... why only few chosen are supposed to experience this as a fact? Why I'm not eligible to actually live in a calm place, in a nice house, use the opportunities to build a family and provide everything to my kids and wife? Why somebody thinks he can own a part of land that doesn't belong to him anyways? I am interested in staying there permanently, not temporarily. I don't give a damn about whole thing but nature the most. Why I'm never about to experience Hawaii or Oregon just because some greedy idiot with tight mindset has put some rules on who can and cannot live there?

The families I know are very happy, and have a decent life. If your coming to the U.S to be rich then stay home, or go somewhere else. If you want to come to the U.S and have a great family life and be happy. Come on in.
