New Bramley-moore development update Everton FC 3-7-24

- i have been back down to bramley moore today with the the barrel cladding on the east stand almost finished and the west stand cladding picking up pace i am now sure they will finish the cladding in the next few week and with the pitch being worked on it wont be long before they start to lay seeds and grass down but i will be back tomorrow to see the finished cladding done

They have started the roof access cover on the east stand, you can see it ont the flyover
I seen that to mate am hoping they carry on with the roof going in to next week
We still have amazing videos of the pitch installation yet to come, we know we will get great videos, keep it going mate.

East stand looks incredible, just a few more pieces to finish off the cladding on east stand, seen they started again on west stand This is going to be EPIC
Oh yes and come rain or wind am going to get to that west stand one way or another hah and yeah the east stand starting to look amazing now
@@Craigstv1 fairplay mate, the cladding on west stand looks alot trickier because of the steps in the way, but on your video there's a little cherry picker on top of the brick cladding assembling a piece of cladding to the west stand, so I wonder if that's how there going to do that now all the way along
@matthewthompson82 cheers mate and I know I was thinking that but they have that small cherry lift there but for the roof they will need to use the one from east stand to reach top but will only see in coming days

it looks a cross of 2 different designs, bottom half looks old fashioned, top half looks modern and sophisticated.
I think it’s cool old and modern it works well as it match the titanic building

Looking sweeter by the day mate...I've noticed they have missed a vent panel on the barrel roofing. The left side has 4 and where they are working will only have 3 once completed 👍🤔

They haven’t. They’re air exhaust vents and the size and number depends on the number of extractor fans under the barrel cladding.

On the original plans everything looks symmetrical. But now the stadium is nearing completion, it is obvious how non-symmetrical it is.
Most obvious is the barrel vests and also the exit stairs down to the concourse. But it is looking great. Roll on this time next year.

any reason for the barrel cladding to not have matching clear sections across the side?
That’s a good question mate
The sections with the Larger Holes pattern are in front of Vents, some only need a small Diamond and others a Larger Diamond, personally, I would have had dummy panels to keep the symmetry, it's not ideal from a design point of view really.
