Illi's lack of finishing here, scoring, is immediately apparent however, he is the sort of faster version of Tricky Trev we tend to always come up against but never have in our 11, so we have to give the lad a break.
I think, whilst we are an emotive, strong, massive supportive crowd we can be too harsh esp upon someone who is new to the UK, its culture, its colder weather.
It looks to me Dyche's team are doing their best to bring better, attack minded players to our club, and we must remain mindful of that and the difficult parameters within which he and Thelwell are having to work within.
As the saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day". Making Everton Great again will be just as difficult and just as demanding.
We have to Continue to Believe and be Patient.

Need to improve his finishing's skill if he plays as striker but At everton play him as Attacking Midfielder maybe a good choice..

Their replays are always good. The reality becomes disappointments. I wish him the best though.
Keeps his head down and every time it looks like he's going to lose the ball he jolts forward making an attacking run, he knows a physical game, that will serve him well in the prem. Looks like he needs to improve shooting, clips didn't show much of his end ball but looks okay. An attacking forward who can carry the ball and create chances is exactly what Everton need.
I think I like him. Likes to stay on his feet.
