And I currently live in one of the highest concentrations of Asian population in the US and have observed MANY Asians wear masks alone outside with no one around except me driving by, alone in their car, even while in a convertible with their top down on a beautiful day driving down the street. My girlfriend is Asian and she agrees it gets a little ridiculous out here. They are also far more likely to wear one of those ridiculous splatter shields along with two masks and those dumb blue plastic gloves. I love my Asian people but it's absurd. And no one said that kid was sick.

A family member requested everyone wash there hands before touching a spoon at the Thanksgiving dinner. They were family and that was 20 years ago. As much as she washed and cleaned, she died two years later. I think before 60? I think Pneumonia? Don't remember. Some sacrifices you have to make for family. If they should be at your kids party, they should be there. Before they show up, respectfully explain their situation to your kids before they show up.

DeSantis absolutely HATES masks. He thinks they are the worst thing on earth.
The ONLY reason he did what he did, was because he was about to give a talk and he didn't want people on camera wearing a mask, while he was not wearing a mask.
He wanted them all to remove their masks, so that he could give the impression that nobody is wearing masks.
This wasn't about "the option" and when one of the kids refused to take off his mask, he was asked to leave the stage.

You do what you feel is best for your health. DeSantis is a "breath of fresh air" for those of us who've been suffocating under mask mandates. He gave us a choice. He's also an amazing governor who turned Florida's financial deficit into surplus: enough that Florida didn't need Federal financial aid after one of the most destructive hurricane's Florida has ever seen. The Fed estimated a month or more in getting our power back, DeSantis had our bridges rebuilt and power back in a week, all using the money he saved by cutting unnecessary funding (that was lining politician's pockets). Say what you will about DeSantis, but the "state" of Florida speaks volumes.
This is why I dislike politicians and religious people because all they like to do is tell others how to live their lives and then dare to say this is a country of free thinking. Watch out if this guy becomes president, you won't have a country to make free choices anymore, you will have a Putin in office.
