As a charity we don't charge for our services. Can I set up Bookly to bypass the payment step when users book?

Hello. Yes, you can do this by disabling all payment options (including offline) in Bookly Settings > Payments. In this case, the payment step will be removed from the booking form.

Hello. Yes, you can do this by including a link to the page within the 'Show Terms & Conditions checkbox' option, click on this text in the Appearance section to edit (for example, I agree to the terms of service). Also, you can create a separate final page with your terms that will be shown to all customers after successful booking. lo, I purchased Bookly pro and I like to know is there any options available for patients to add Gender and Date of Birth of Patients in booking form?

You can enable the date of birth field in the Appearance section (Details tab > Show birthday field). As for the gender, you may consider using the Notes field for this purpose. The field title can be renamed.

Hello. As of now, this feature is not supported in Bookly. Our plugin is designed to work with the staff's weekly schedule and service availability.
