Secondly, does SSA offer these:
1. Only show first available time on that specific date.
2. The time shall be displayed (for the customer) always 8am. BUT: in the backend it shall be the next available time like I said in point one.
Hopefully, I could express myself 😅.

They are very flexible. I’d recommend ask their support…even if they don’t have a feature, they’ll help in some way

Booking Press is also one of the worst when it comes to customer support. They also don't give refunds for trial purchase, so buyer beware...choose wisely....but not booking press.
By the way, do you have a comparison review of webbly and timetics booking plugins?
WARNING! I have been using this software for some time. Unfortunately, while they are still selling the software and producing upgrades, they no longer respond to support calls/tickets.
You should have covered more points in Amelia!

@@AlexadreSalmi I do not think you need a customer support for Amelia, it’s self explanatory. Where are you having issues?
@@CaterStudios woocommerce - stripe integration. It’s a technical issue. Quite often something technical happens and I usually end up with my business interrupted for a week or two because you can only communicate with them through tickets, and their demand is clearly higher than what they can handle.

How about SSA's customer support, anyone has any experience with them??
I'm with Amelia and I just want to kill my self. They take days to reply to a ticket, which probably won't get solved in the first interaction. So my business is frequently hanging and I keep leaving money at the table.
