I figured out the solution. You have to click the green + New Notification button. Then, under "Type" choose "Appointment Reminder." Then change "before" to "after." In the text of the email, add the {staff_rating_url} short code.

How can I export rating comments to CSV?

Hello. Currently, the export CSV file doesn't contain the comment field. However, you can use any database manager to access the WordPress database and export to the CSV file the wp_bookly_customer_appointments database table. For example, you can use this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/pexlechris-adminer/ This table will contain rating_comment.
