Are you only able to have one user per appointment type? I noticed two appointments cant happen at the same time even though they are different appointment types
We do offer a Team booking feature to tie multiple people's schedules to the same appointment type simplyscheduleappointments.com/business-edition/
As for the situation you ran into, you can toggle on the Independent Availability setting to allow appointment types to have bookings at the same time simplyscheduleappointments.com/guides/let-multiple-appointment-types-book-the-same-time-slot/
It is possible to use this plugin for bookings synched with an iCal?
Hello! While we don't have direct iCal integration, we do offer an ICS subscription feed feature that works really well with iCal; this allows you to send new appointment events directly to iCal. It takes forever (even more than half an hour) to save an additional Appointment, and still nothing happens. It doesn't save anything except the first one, which is the consultation appointment. I don't see the Consultation section you mentioned 4:56 on my wordpress.

I would like to see the ability for the user to define their own time slots. There are no good Conference Room / Meeting Room booking plugins for WordPress. All plugins have pricing, staff, locations, services and non-interactive calendar GUI. Plenty of expensive SaaS solutions, but there must be a nice market here for a developer you. :)
Great insight! I believe SSA is getting close to what you're looking for. We recently released a Resources feature that lets you manage and schedule "things" like meeting rooms. And we're planning to implement a flexible duration feature next year that would let the user define the length of their time slot. At the moment you would need to create a new calendar to define a different duration for your users to book. ssappts.com/guides/start-here-resource-booking/

SSA only displays open time slots within the schedule that you select from the availability table. Could you share more info on how the feature you're looking for would work? if i wanted to schedule a zoom meeting, instead of a phone call, would this still work?

Can we integrate this with woo commerce for payment?
At the moment, SSA is integrated with Stripe and PayPal to take payments. While we plan to integrate with WooCommerce, you could also use our Gravity Form integration to take payments for bookings through WooCommerce in the meantime.
Does Simply send sms confirmation notifications ?
Yes, our pro and business editions offer an integration with Twilio to help you send SMS confirmation notifications.

@@ssappts i feel google meet link option should have been available in the basic edition and "payment" feature can be in the pro version.. because, if someone is getting a payment/money, then that means they r doing business and they are likely to pay for the service.. however, people like myself may need appointment booking service just for consultation (i provide free consultation); and i am currently a startup without any clients and I am not making any money currently..
