you can use water from overnight soaked rice also . in this video im using kerala rice, so its the strained water aftr cooking it

yes you can .. you can cowash your hair on alternate days or daily as per the need.
After workout hair will be sweaty.. sweat is only the salt water tht can removed by smply washing in plain water or u can try co washing.. use shampoo when u feels like ur hair and scalp is dirty.
u can secure ur hair using satin scarf while working out.
also if u feel like not washing the hair.. u can go for refreshing the curls to minimise the frizziness
