They don't care for any reason 😂, please educate via the legal process in corporate favouring employees so I don't need to pointlessly be humble to my cruel hr.
"really thankful for all the opportunities that this place has given me😊" HR : Your welcome, while I completely understand your situation, we have policies we expect employees to follow. So please serve 90 days notice 😊
HR when asks candidate during Interview, (we are looking for candidates who can join immediate to 15 days) Same HR after that Employee gives resignation letter, ( Sorry as per organisation policy you need to serve your 90 days notice period)😢
Case 1 : One time i paid 60 days salary and relieved early to join my new company. As the Current working organisation doesn't gave such option. Case 2 : I was worked as a 3 party consultant for an OEM , i had health issues and doctor advised to take break, when I asked for 3 months leave they said it's not available for contractual role and they relieved me in a week. So, we can't do anything, whatever decision it will be taken by HR and Hiring manager only 😂
Specifically in IT your request will not approve because employer has reasoning that we need to hire someone and onboard the candidate and then you have to give him KT and then only we will be able to release you
we have something called 'employment at will' what that means is i can just tell on one fine Friday evening that 'today is my last day' no need to beg them nor don't even need to call or see. Simple email is good enough
Sounds good. But in my 14+ years of IT experience, I have never seen any HR approving early relieving. They will just say it's a company policy and move on.
Yeh sirf kheni. Ki baat hain. Notice period ka issue or stress sab HR dete hain. 60 or 90 days ka notice kyun hain pata nahi. Ideally 30 days Or 45 days bahut hota hain
There is nothing an individual can do against a corporate. Its their law. There is no court or authority.. Once I paid 3 months salary out of my hand because I quit the company which wasnt paying salary for 3 months due to recession.
Modern problem needs modern solutions! Ask your manager to release you from the project by saying u don't have the will to work on that project at all. Once you come on the bench just resign. On the bench most of the companies have 1 month notice period.
Yeah, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything, it’s better go forward with having good relationships with your manager and his boss, that might lead to early release if you’re looking for it.
HR reply - still serve your 90 days notice period. Early release approval is not just in hand of HR. Lots of approval are required by PM, Delivery manager, account manager, clients, dependency on you, replacement availability and many. Many time even if you are on bench and resign they try to use you for 90 days with useless projects like support and all. Early release is only possible when you are on bench or project is about to end and there is no plan for future projects. And Company is benefiting from it. Also in many companies to get early release you have to pay buyout out amount also.
Sounds good but not that easy.. currently apart from HR your boss also needs to be aligned for an early release, not to forget to give an handover to your replacement or other team members before asking for early release.
If you say you have completed all assignments, they will simply talk to the manager and give you more things. After all the managet will say if you have ot haven't completed tasks
If an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k, HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA. Kindly tell me with reference.
Not a good enough reason for HR . They will say pay a two month salary if you want to leave in 30 days . Ask your new company to pay the money to the current company. It works.
What ever polished poetry you can cookup and you can convey that more professionally, diplomatically, dramatically, personaly, politely, aggressively or what ever ly ly ly.. only after dropping down your resignation you can see the real face of corporate evils. During your tenure they praise you, appreciate you, encourage you. But now you will realise all are just words. Their attitude, face reactions, language tone every thing will show you how they dominated you so far as slaves. So don't get emotional in your job. Whenever possible try to be more relaxed and lazi during your tenure. You don't need to be loyal to org. All you can do is enjoy your notice period in more relaxed way. No responsibilities nor targets nor delivery delays going to affect you. Your mgr and HR only going to face all stress till your last date. So njoy
The funniest part is you yourself won't be accepting these reasons if you were a HR of any company. This is just to make your channel flourish with success. In real life, you are also the HR who passed out MBA but playing office politics after joining any firm 😂😂😂😂
There is something called human rights and you can approach them if you are not getting an early release! Note no company can force you to work and serve a non standard 90 days..
Once last salary is credited in bank account Switch off the phone. No Need to inform company. They'll understand after calling 90 times that you're not intrested in doing faltu formalities. Or Else you can put resignation 2-3 words on whatsapp status.
Is it prudent to ask about the "notice period" duration during the interview ?.. Or does it imply that the candidate doesn't have intentions of sticking around ?
In almost all organisations , HR is dependent on the business team for such decisions. Rather than showing negotiation with HR, please show how to negotiate with your Manager first.
After getting the month’s paycheck, can’t u just leave the same day u hand ur resignation? It’s bot like they give u a notice before firing u, nor can they forcibly stop u.
Sir,Kindly ek proper application format batayie "mujhe transfer kariye better location ko nahi toh resignation accept kariye" isi regarding Application ka "SUBJECT:" me kya likhna he
Bakwaas ... Our HR will not listen , and if you say i got a job and leaving , you have to serve 90 days.. So super smart guys says , reasons like work life balance , family health and support , relocation , then ur notice period is relaxed. I honestly told HR about the new job role and KT is also done no dependency , and will be available on phone for any issue. It was not agreed for 1 week early relieving.
Reality Me: here is my resignation letter HR: Think take 1 week of time Meamwhile 1 week later Me: I still want to reign my current position HR: Think again 🔁🔁🔁🔁🔁
This sounds all good but with all my experience I can surely say that they won't even consider whatever reason you give.
True, if not full notice period the only way is buy out notice period
Yes the process is not as smooth as this video shows
This process is not at all possible nowadays 😂
True 😅
They don't care for any reason 😂, please educate via the legal process in corporate favouring employees so I don't need to pointlessly be humble to my cruel hr.
"really thankful for all the opportunities that this place has given me😊"
HR : Your welcome, while I completely understand your situation, we have policies we expect employees to follow. So please serve 90 days notice 😊
😂😂
exactly
Funny part is in the 18 yrs of Corporate work, i always thought that your manager is the one who conveys to HR how early you can leave..
That's correct. Employees who are freshers can't talk to HR directly like this
I forwarded this to one of my HRs, they are still laughing 😂
Because she is making us fool, when she knows this will not happen
I said that and now I am working on 2 projects, 3 planned release activities, 4 presentations and demo and fixing defects in the weekend.
Bhai bhai 😂
Mat kar bhai kaam..me to laptop ki lid hi band kr deta teams p msg aate hi😂😂
Bhai zyada CZcams videos dekh liye tune 😂😂
HR when asks candidate during Interview, (we are looking for candidates who can join immediate to 15 days)
Same HR after that Employee gives resignation letter, ( Sorry as per organisation policy you need to serve your 90 days notice period)😢
HR: we are very glad to hear that you got a better opportunity but you have to serve full notice period 😂
What really work is, people enjoy the 90 days and find better opportunities..
Me : I have completed my all assignment, tasks.
Hr: no no you are already late in delivery.😂😂
Impossible to relieve in a month!
In next 2 months new tasks will be assigned. Last 1 month handover will takes place 😊
HR doesn't bother with your reasons for early relieving.
So, we can't do anything, whatever decision it will be taken by HR and Hiring manager only 😂
It doesn't work.Until and unless you have some strong boss backing you ...
Specifically in IT your request will not approve because employer has reasoning that we need to hire someone and onboard the candidate and then you have to give him KT and then only we will be able to release you
I don't know why the employer looking for immediate to 1 month notice period..
Going thru this rn
we have something called 'employment at will' what that means is i can just tell on one fine Friday evening that 'today is my last day' no need to beg them nor don't even need to call or see. Simple email is good enough
In which company do you work?
@@abhinanda5259he is from the US
HR will be like ..wahhh kidney touching performance 😅😅😅
Ma'am you are so perfect in corporate communication that I can't even of think of it 😮
I love that format!
This looks nice in videos.. This happens in Dreams one should understand
Diksha you are really very sweet. The way you act as a candidate is really amazing. You have amazing Acting skill😂
First step is to know who our HR is
😂
Yes, I didn't even know who my HR was for the past 5 years
Early release depends on line manager, not on hr.
Sounds good. But in my 14+ years of IT experience, I have never seen any HR approving early relieving. They will just say it's a company policy and move on.
Great , language is good, reasoning too good, intonation is very very good
I am fan of her answers and loving
her acting skills as well
😂😂😂 he will laugh and say nothing is my hand manager has to decide.
After all these requests.
HR:aapko 90 days ka notice period Dena hi padega 😂😂
Yeh sirf kheni. Ki baat hain. Notice period ka issue or stress sab HR dete hain. 60 or 90 days ka notice kyun hain pata nahi. Ideally 30 days Or 45 days bahut hota hain
I love your videos but Nothing works when it comes to notice period in india ..
Love from usa 🇺🇸
It's the manager who decides how early you can leave organisation
HR reply : however you still have to sever the mandatory notice period😊😊😂😂
There is nothing an individual can do against a corporate. Its their law. There is no court or authority.. Once I paid 3 months salary out of my hand because I quit the company which wasnt paying salary for 3 months due to recession.
working as an HR professionals i am abide by the policy what the management has decided for all the employees. no HR can help you in this subjects.
*FYI - Notice period duration depends upon your Reporting Manager & not company HR*
🤦🏼♀️
Modern problem needs modern solutions!
Ask your manager to release you from the project by saying u don't have the will to work on that project at all. Once you come on the bench just resign. On the bench most of the companies have 1 month notice period.
Will the HRs listen to that long dialogues without interrupting? 😂😂
Sounds good, but in practical no way, they make us cry and leave the job without getting dues.
Ya like HR cares about polite requests. They are trained in using politeness to God level to do whatever suits the company. 😂😂😂😊
Yeah, it doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything, it’s better go forward with having good relationships with your manager and his boss, that might lead to early release if you’re looking for it.
Easier way to to get sign in your Earlier reliving letter is :give a white paper to your HR and say 'sign kr re baba sign kr' 😂
Valuable information 😊😊😊😊😊🥰🥰🥰
If they don’t consider,
Buyout or Bother. At least one of either will definitely work 😅
Hi does the buyout work ?
HR reply - still serve your 90 days notice period. Early release approval is not just in hand of HR. Nothing will change same answer 😂😂
Never ever expect from HR or reporting manager 😂
Wish it was this easy
HR will decide shata, nimmoun manager decides it. Guys she isn't into corporate she is into making content for CZcams reels
Sounds good but not that easy.. currently apart from HR your boss also needs to be aligned for an early release, not to forget to give an handover to your replacement or other team members before asking for early release.
😂😂😂😂😂
HR would simply say "wow great job, really fantastic. 90 days, I don't have time for this".
and after all that explanation she goes back to serve 90 days notice period
I can imagine face of HR waiting for the employee to complete her monologue and then say a big NO. Sorry but policies don’t change by good lines.
This might work in big companies but in medium and large scale industries we have to use some jugaad or work for 90days notice period.
Cinematic negotiation. It will only happens in your mind, not practical.
But, if you can convence ur manager there might be a chance.
Me : I used these lines and then...
HR: I know these lines are Diksha's line.
Better luck next time 😂😂
If you say you have completed all assignments, they will simply talk to the manager and give you more things. After all the managet will say if you have ot haven't completed tasks

whole gross salary
At 00:15 😂 Diksha wasn't an interview coach. She was cutie pie 🤣
Who the hell agrees for this...
Wow nice everything.
RIP : Manager
Love you sis 😂 it's tough in reality, but we can proceed legally, I think😊
As a manager, trust me HR manager have zero stake in this matter untill your reporting manager gives approval to early releave
Finally HR: it's 90 days
Your topics are massive.. But i hv a request to you..
Kindly little slow when u make presentation..
Where buyout doesn't work sweet talks surely wont help ... personal experience...just completed my 90 days
Hi I need to join new company inside 30 days. They provide max 1 month notice period. There is payment of lieu option in my company. Can buyout work ?
Simply say if I have to serve notice period. I will work on limited work
Not a good enough reason for HR . They will say pay a two month salary if you want to leave in 30 days . Ask your new company to pay the money to the current company. It works.
Today was my LWD, Dear CZcams recommendation 😂

Point first - You cannot go directly to HR. Need to report TL AND MANAGER 😂
The funniest part is you yourself won't be accepting these reasons if you were a HR of any company. This is just to make your channel flourish with success. In real life, you are also the HR who passed out MBA but playing office politics after joining any firm 😂😂😂😂

Honestly speaking this will only work when your actual notice period is 30 days!😂
Thank You Madam
Islam is the path of truth
I would say " See you in court".😂😂😂😂😂
My HR said - NO means No. Notice period will be 60 days and it's mandatory😢
Is it prudent to ask about the "notice period" duration during the interview ?.. Or does it imply that the candidate doesn't have intentions of sticking around ?
Don’t ask during the interview. Post selection while you are in the offer process then ask!!
Don’t ask during the interview. Post selection while you are in the offer process then ask!!
Alright. Thank you 👍
I am serving 60 days notice period and asked HR to relieve me in 30 days. But nothing happened.
If they talk to you in such a condescending way- this is not a park and all.. just know that you made the right decision to leave.
Anything more than 30 days of notice period should be made illegal.
Thr notice buyout should by 12% of the base salary of previous month.
Tried this and they didn’t consider, now I’m doing close to zero work and collecting free paychecks 😂
Who the hell requires 90-day notices. Whitehouse?
In real life it cant happen ,but for youtube shorts it will work
Expression 😊
And HR agrees after this 😂
In almost all organisations , HR is dependent on the business team for such decisions. Rather than showing negotiation with HR, please show how to negotiate with your Manager first.
Legally they cannot do anything if you walk off.😂😂
After getting the month’s paycheck, can’t u just leave the same day u hand ur resignation? It’s bot like they give u a notice before firing u, nor can they forcibly stop u.
best trick for shorten the notice perioud in fairy land.
🔔, I had to buyout myself for the remaining notice period
Easier said than done ..
Practically… no HR will entertain such request… they have all the reasons in the globe to make you serve your notice…
Sir,Kindly ek proper application format batayie "mujhe transfer kariye better location ko nahi toh resignation accept kariye" isi regarding

Reality
Me: here is my resignation letter
HR: Think take 1 week of time
Meamwhile 1 week later
Me: I still want to reign my current position
HR: Think again 🔁🔁🔁🔁🔁
People are jealous of others growth in India, for girls they might agree, but for boys no chance.
Good
I tried this but hr said talk to your manager and manager said it's not in my hand
HR be like that's great now back to work for 90 days
