mam if company terminate after on the renewal 2nd or 3rd visa with the company with out any notice. can I demand whole months salary of the 3 years remaining visa with graduaty or I entitled only graduaty of the passing years?

How long it take to cancel labour contract....actually iam on husband vissa gave 1 month notice period still its more than a week they are not cancelling my contract and haad license. I got another job so need to join as early as possible there ,but the hr is unnecessarily making delay ...pls help
