I know the baron talks about underpromising and over delivering but never in a million years did I expect a golem 😂

honestly, thats how hype this game is and always will be. Still the most innovative VR game and it's been out for 6 out of the 8 years commercial vr has been available.

i'm like 98% sure enemies will be able to imbue their own weapons now, any time a battlemage was shown they had a fire or lightning imbued weapon

1:00 you've always been able to use the levers to open/shut gates. Go in the outpost to test it out. There are hundreds of levers around the place that do unexpected things.

you are right, but that specific kind of gate (thick wooden one) used to only be in the big battle rooms at the end of the dungeons

@@braedenmu5380 honestly I can't tell if it's a voice changer or not. At times I hear his voice kind of go slightly robotic but I assume it's just his microphone.
yall i recently discovered there is a confirmed shopkeeper npc, on reddit the baron posted a trailer for the trailer (as a joke) and at the very end it showed the baron getting turned into an npc with an eyepatch and a missing hand at the shop. and the crazy thing is that npc was in the background of one of the newsletters, just with his back turned

Those golems are where we’re gonna get our crystals and the attacks the golem shoots at you corresponds to what the crystal it has does. So the laser one has the lightning crystal and I’m not sure about the other ones because we don’t see them use any attacks (pretty sure that purple one is the gravity guy though).

earlier in the trailer it shows a crystal shard in a chest, but since there's shards and cores (cores are bigger) you might actually be right, though i'm sure cores will be in other places in the dalgarian ruins too
something else i wanna point out, the golems have a *pink* crystal on their chest which, considering that doesnt match any of the spells, may mean that golems just get all 3 spells, rather than a specific one?

I thought bonelab was better than bas until this trailer released. in bonelab you can fight 15 orange men at once as spider man. Put in blade and sorcery you can fight giant iron golem with swords

bonelab was a huge disappointment for me, mainly the campaign. its a $40 dollar sandbox game that advertises easy mod support when blade and sorcery's modding is way easier and better in general, and b&s is half the price for (imo) higher quality content. also, bonelab takes up waaayyy too much space.
@@waffler-yz3gw I agree but for me BaS is really jank. BoneLab feels way more well rounded in physics and movement. Plus enemies.

I absolutely love that the boss can use the lightning spell merge as seen near the end, wonder what other spells he made be able to use

1:02 some of the dungeon rooms already have lever activated gates, but those ones are metal. also, the architecture here isn't dalgarian, so it'll be in the outpost
2:39 there's also new hurt/death sound effects for the enemies, much better imo
3:51 the water in this section is rising, i think it's part of a trap or puzzle
5:04 in the road to 1.0 newsletter, they described a huge dalgarian tower that was known about by the public long before the crystal hunt started, but nobody knew what it was for. it's extremely dangerous to go near, because it's constantly generating a huge magical storm. which begs the question, how did the player get there? personally, i think that reaching the tower is somehow part of the game's finale
6:42 the spikes and "gate" are actually already in the game, though the canyon does look different here. the gate is actually just a wall made of a bunch of logs.
7:37 something else to note is that the map here is the market at nighttime. are they adding proper day cycles, or maybe just adding a day/night option when travelling? (edit, day night cycles are confirmed to not exist)
7:59 also, the giant has a rock in his hand stump here that isnt present in the first shot, so i think he's gonna be able to throw rocks
8:16 something else i think is neat is that you can actually see the tower from earlier here

1:23 that is one of the coolest golems I have ever seen in a game- scratch that THE coolest golem I have ever seen and when the update comes to nomad (probably in early 2025 or late 2024) instead of fighting this thing I’ll probably just be running around the place looking at it 😂

The dagger on the left is some kind of mail breaker. They were used to break through chain mail easier than other weapons, as chain mail is resistant to slashing but piercing more specifically.

I would love if the staffs would have imbuing abilities, like if you use the regular attack with the staff with lightning, instead of like a whip, it would be a lightning beam from the staff😮
