Does od goes to dist or dist goes to od? I have jekyl and Hyde and too bad the distortion goes first which is stupid because be can't use the od to boost gain like a ts9 would do
What guitar and pickups did you used? And what amp/amp settings cos it will make a huge difference in overall demo of that pedal plus your skills = killer tone.
Yes,reverb in the loop.wah and tuner, guitar into the input jack of the pedal. Beats carrying around a huge pedal board that always seems to have a patch cable going bad just before it's time to perform
The loop button turns on the fx loop in the back where you will add a reverb, chorus. You can plug your wah,Tuner, guitar all together in the input Jack of the unit. For me I would just take a reverb pedal and gig. Great sound and no big pedal board to worry about or lug around .

It is a send and return port. Acting as footswitch also for another chain of pedal. Not a recording or dubbing loop.
