We recently linked back up with Atlanta legend Khujo Goodie for an exclusive “Off The Porch” interview! During our sit down he talked about his childhood growing up in Atlanta, how his neighborhood has changed, how the city was impacted when the projects were tore down, jumping off the porch after high school, working temp jobs before he got into making music, Ray Murray of Organized Noize introducing him to the studio, being featured on OutKast first album on the song “Call of Da Wild”, his thoughts when he first met Big Boi & Andre 3000, the sessions in the Dungeon, their fans not being ready for their third album ‘World Party’, struggling to find a balance between making music he wants to make vs music his fans want him to make, his new single “Bills”, helping southern music get accepted in New York, explains how Atlanta has remained one top of the game for so long, Atlanta always reinventing its sound, embracing social media since Myspace, breaks down the day in 2002 when he was involved in a car accident which resulted in his leg being amputated, falling into a depression following the accident, making his first solo album while recovering, DJ Kay Slay supporting him, explains how the “ATL Legends 2” album with Pastor Troy was created, the Goodie Mob album ‘Age Against The Machine’ originally being titled ‘We Sell Drugs Too’, his cousin Malik Willis being drafted the Tennessee Titans, the controversy surrounding Ryan Tannehill’s comments that it wasn’t his job to mentor him, shares some marriage advice, and much more!

Man Kujo sat down at this table with us and we all bust down two bottles of Hennessey... Just a normal guy.. You would have thought we all grew up with him.. No security.
