    Hi Professor Dave!, Love your videos, very informative and well made. Could you do a video on intermittent fasting and autophagy?, It would be interesting to know the scientific explanation behind that mechanism of the body.

    13:13 T-cells and B-cells (together with NK-cells) are lymphocytes. Therefore the statement that T and B cells have glucocorticoid receptors but not catecholamine receptors since only lymphocytes have those makes not much sense. Otherwise a superb video.

    My therapist told me, when i feel stress, i should work out what the emotion behind it is, as its the emotion causing the stress, but I feel like that's not true, i just feel stressed sometimes and it's not an emotion, if that makes sense, i need some advice

    (completely unrelated but) when your leg falls asleep, why does it become ticklish sometimes?

    • @studysongz19
      @studysongz19 Před 4 lety +1

      Depends on the cause of "falling asleep". If it is vascular, likely vasodilation through the extremity. If it is neurological, likely altered nerve ending response or brain confusing the altered neural signals... my educated guess.
