- The plaintiff says when she met the defendant, he helped her get her groove back because she was a single mother who often stayed home. After the plaintiff had a baby with the defendant, she told him to stop partying. She’s suing the defendant for an unpaid loan after the plaintiff gave him her tax return for two pairs of shoes, but he failed to pay her back. The defendant says while dating the plaintiff, they constantly butted heads. The defendant admits that he borrowed money from the plaintiff, but he insists she forgave the loan because he agreed to take her back.

Facts. I dated a guy for 5 and half years and he rarely ever watched my daughter and he definitely never watched her in the beginning. We was well into 3+ years before I would leave her with him to go to the store. He’s still in her life today bc he came in at 1 years old and she’s 9 now. Idk how these people be so comfortable
