The plaintiff claims his brother went to the defendant’s home with a firearm to kill her. When the plaintiff stepped in to protect the defendant, he went to jail for eight months. He’s suing the defendant for the cost of a car after he put up his own personal money to replace her vehicle. The defendant insists the plaintiff agreed to be in an open relationship from the start, but he became a controlling stalker. She says she owes the plaintiff nothing.
