California resident here. I remember visiting New Orleans and seeing a Cane's. I didn't think much of it. Recently, my city built 4 of these and I thought, "who the hell likes Chicken Fingers?" I dont even like Chick Fil A. Then, somebody really recommended their lemonade. I love lemonade, so i went ahead and ordered one. I experienced great customer service, so i thought to myself- "might as well try their chicken."
When i bit into it- holy crap. Their chicken is 100% breast (I love breasts) and super Juicy on the inside. Outside its amazingly crunchy. I WAS HOOKED! It's not greasy nor salty. I can tell that they change the oil a lot.
I now try to go as often as possible.

love the CEO Todd, , great success story...but after years of waiting to go to a raising canes, they opened one in my hometown. It was underwhelming. The fries and chicken were bland, the cole slaw was bland, the texas toast was soggy..but the sauce was good. I cant beleive the reviews I get for this company. the chicken was better at KFC. i dont get it. Maybe the workers didnt cook it right. Ill have to try it again i guess...my store is in newark, de....but the atmosphere was great, but the food very underwhelming...i dont get why it is so succesful....buds chicken & seafood in west palm beach florida only has 5 stores, but they are 10 times better....
