@@walterwhite1 Contrary to what you 'assume', due to the nature of the job as well as their training (both of which civilians don't possess) law enforcement officers are permitted to not be bound by traffic and parking laws, depending on the situation and circumstances of the call or their intended actions. Being as you have NO idea at all of the 'inside' details whenever this occurs, you're speaking with far insufficient knowledge to give any accurate judgement.
@@walterwhite1 You're only showing that you know absolutely zero about the job of being a LEO. You don't even realize or comprehend that many times it is fully justified for them to 'break' traffic laws in many particular situations, all of which you know absolutely nothing about. For instance, you don't know what's going on at all with what they are responding to or radio communications regarding any ongoing incident. I've gone on numerous burglary in progress calls, or other calls with life-threatening circumstances (attempted/possible suicide in progress, possible hostage situs, and countless more calls) where it is FAR more dangerous to the victim if I'm within a mile and turn on my lights and siren. That is the PROPER way to get on scene for these type of calls. It's not easy to explain to someone who is as massively clueless as you truly are and have zero actual knowledge of the job.

Yeah, he’s the prison type. Selfish, conceited, dumb, and dangerous because of it. Trent Waller of Illinois State Police pulled his gun and pointed into the face of a bar patron while off duty. He broke several laws. But all that happened was he got talked to.

I've seen all of these cases before each full length. The one with Officer Duke being the most disturbing. The black female Sargent that you see when Duke was giving his side of the story was behind Duke initially and it was her bodycam that recorded Duke stomping on Mr. Galyard's head. She was a good cop and told the supervisor on duty what really happened and testified on Mr Galyards behalf. She was a complete professional. Mr Galyard was carrying that stick around in case dogs ran up on him and he had a learning disability and was harmless. He was only walking with his relative when one of the people living in those apartments had called about a disturbance that didn't even involve him.
Those lady cops were the only ones that had ethics, and actually gave a damn card. I was falsely arrested and got my ass WHOOPED by police in 2014. They were going to put me in jail for “assault on a police officer” it took like 5 cops questioning me, and me frankly getting tired of repeating myself when the last cop who was a lady said “I know you told everyone what happened, and you’re tired of saying it, but if you could just tell me, and we’ll go from there.” Then she did an investigation at the premises, found witnesses, and came back and said “this guy is telling the truth.” Then the cops who kicked my ass panicked and got all nice and took me to the hospital. Worst day of my life.
I feel so bad for the older gentleman with the rods and pins in his back. The amount of damage that cop could have caused, (could have even paralyzed him), forcing him down is sickening
Yes the cop went wacky out of control. But it's not like he is some innocent law abiding citizen. I mean people called the cops because he was beating on the door and thought he had a gun, turns out he had some kind of a pipe duct taped up. Ya I don't feel bad for him at all, what would have happened if the cops didn't show up?
@@moondoggie1987 My comment was satirical- as virtually all larger city police departments and state police agencies already have such forces. Many states also have agencies just to investigate police misconduct and the Federal Government has the FBI and Justice Department (among others) to police the police.....
I'm impressed with the officer for upholding the law and shaming a fellow cop. In our state, we have the same law. If you appear intoxicated, They HAVE TO by law, Refuse service and or pull your drink. It's not their choice, It's not personal. It's business, And possibly a safety issue. Servers could also be sued for overserving, Even though your hand-carried the drink to your face!
The man who was stomped on while disabled and all that, Mr. Clarence. Fuck yeah Mr. Clarence !! I’m glad he got justice !! Probably saved more people from pain, he earned that settlement
There is actually A LOT known about the first one. There are countless news articles, yt videos, etc. about it. There was a huge issue between the departments which ended with the sheriff being arrested or something.
Every minute they sit there talking to her, her BAC is dropping. She could have gone from a felony crime to a misdemeanor in the amount of time they talked and got back to the station for a blood test.
The Sheriff in the first video is exactly the type of person who should NEVER be allowed to be a cop, because he's one of those people that gets a uniform put on them, and they immediately let it go to their head. It's all about POWER with people like him.
I agree to a point, but a Sheriff is an elected official and the top law enforcement officer in their county. They can kick out State and Federal officers if they so choose and can take over a traffic stop in their county, even if the stop started in the city's jurisdiction. The stop was pulled over outside the city limits and a Sheriff can take over the stop. It could have been handled better on both sides. There is more to this than the video shows. Either the city officers have been making a lot of stops out in the county and people have complained to the Sheriff or the Sheriff is a jerk and has it out for the city police. But either way, there's more to this than just this one video!
I’ve been sober for a decade now but I can’t seem to remember being treated so well by police officers when I was locked up for public intoxication. The way I was treated you would’ve thought I had just murdered a few people

It's insane that the courts get to charge fines against people for their own konetary gain while the victim of the crime gets nothing. The victim should be paid whatever the cost of a fine is and not the courts especially considering theyre already fully funded by tax money
This is a very important video! It shows how LEOS think they are above the law and expect preferential treatment when they break the law. It also shows how LEOS don’t want to arrest other LEOS and bive them multiple chances when citizens wouldn't be afforded the same opportunities.
Just the first minute alone...I was laughing and crying at the same time. In what world are these guys given badges? This looks like a scene from South Park.
Snow plows in Michigan have green flashers on them because green is more visible in low visibility fog or snowfall conditions. Firefighter vehicles have green flashers for the same reason because they're going to smokey environments with low visibility.

I’m Australian, and every time I watch these videos and hear an American police officer or detective say, “I got you” they definitely don’t have your back. Haha 😂 I never hear those words here down under. It’s more like, “yeah all good mate, yeah nah yeah, she’ll be right”
That phrase can have two meanings, depending on the situation. It could mean "I got your back" or "I understand what you're saying". I think in this case it meant I get what you're saying. You talking about the clip with the guy recording the female officer with the tattoos? The sayings you guys got down there are definitely unique. There was a video where a guy tried eating something he saw in one of those tick tock cooking videos. I can't remember the exact word he used but I thought he meant it was ok, but someone pointed out it meant it tasted like sht. I just looked it up. He called it "pretty ordinary"
that first video really takes me back... i had a similar type of encounter one night on my way home from a nightshift. i was on the exit ramp when an OPP, provincial police, car lit me up and had me pulled over, by the time i stopped we were on regional roads and luckily enough for me, this exit ramp spilled out onto a spot where the regional cops like to get speeders. this is like 3am and sure enough a regional cop car was there, and he spotted me being pulled over on _his_ road by a provincial "interloper" LOL this was before body cams, and our cell cameras sucked, but i wish i could have recorded the ensuing 20 minute argument between these two cops. i was caught in the middle unsure of if i was supposed to stay or leave... SMH
"dismanteling his hope of being treated with bias..." Dude, he IS being treated with ALL the bias. Any other person would be behind bars in two seconds. Are you kidding me?!
The way the Californian cop in Arizona keeps saying “but I have an Id” makes it painfully obvious that cops are just let off easy in his jurisdiction if they show their law enforcement Id. He’s genuinely confused and mad enough to risk jail over not getting his way. This is the behavior of someone who normally gets his way.

Funny thing is these cops, knowing they are being recorded, still proceed to act the way they do.
What needs to happen is
These body cams need to be made live on media platforms for all to see. Any time an officer is sent to a call it should be made live to the public to watch. Any time an officer who is not sent to any call, but reports a possible “crime” they have come across, the body cam should be made live to the public. If the cops fuck up? Well, there are going to be thousands of witnesses to point out the “flaws” of the officer then have them “dealt with” accordingly.
Clarence deserves every penny of that $650K
I love how the cops still use horses, and the fact they have police lights on the horse lmao
The last guy only getting probation is absolutely INSANE. He for sure was out there doing some bad shit, extremely creepy. Those cops did a fantastic job and the courts failed them
Probation is insane especially because he's a felon. Something else happend behind the scenes we don't know about. These kinds of people normally have some relative that helps them avoid natural selection.
Dude has more jobs than Johnny Sins 😂
And he's currently working under an emt license. Apparently the felony isn't keeping him from employment.
"if that was a police vehicle why would it be breaking traffic laws".....most cops violate traffic laws just because they drive a police vehicle
80% of cops are always speeding like crazy. Their stupid excuse is how am I going to catch speeders if I’m not speeding. It’s called a speed trap, easiest safest way to catch speeders
I know I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve counted police officers not following traffic laws or parking wherever the hell they want
@@markstone1619 they are suppose to be examples of the law , not break it whenever the damn hell they please duder
To say that these officers didn't want to show bias is ridiculous. They went well out of their way to accommodate him, chest bumping an officer would result in immediate arrest. Anyone else would have been before the judge the next day covered in bruises.
Its disgusting how cops protect eachother from the laws that they hold everyone else to.
Those AZ cops knew what was up within one femtosecond of interacting with him. Buddy was going to jail absolutely, positively, 100%, beyond any shred of doubt.
It’s all situational, I’ve seen cops arrest other cops before have you not?
As soon as a cop starts swearing you know they have lost professional control and its now personal.
The drunk cop that kept getting kicked out of bars is 100% bad news. He will find his way to prison or jail at some point in the future due to poor decision making. Sad but true.
Yeah, he’s the prison type. Selfish, conceited, dumb, and dangerous because of it. Trent Waller of Illinois State Police pulled his gun and pointed into the face of a bar patron while off duty. He broke several laws. But all that happened was he got talked to.
that shit pissed me off so much like bruh all you had to do is go home @@sirvilhelmofyonderland

I've seen all of these cases before each full length. The one with Officer Duke being the most disturbing. The black female Sargent that you see when Duke was giving his side of the story was behind Duke initially and it was her bodycam that recorded Duke stomping on Mr. Galyard's head. She was a good cop and told the supervisor on duty what really happened and testified on Mr
Galyards behalf. She was a complete professional. Mr
Galyard was carrying that stick around in case dogs ran up on him and he had a learning disability and was harmless. He was only walking with his relative when one of the people living in those apartments had called about a disturbance that didn't even involve him.
0:19 that awkward moment where cops are about to shoot each other over, giving you a ticket😂
Sickening how these corrupt psychopaths live above the law. They earn hate daily.
And then lying about how it went down while the video clearly shows otherwise. Glad the older man got a good settlement.
Yea I felt bad for him too I’m wondering why the cop lied and said that his hands on his pocket if he knows they are going to find out otherwise
Because they don’t know what the body cam catches.they are probably hoping they’ll get lucky and it didn’t catch it.they don’t have much other choice
And it’s never in their nature to tell the truth when their ass is on the line,or otherwise…
Man, that guy who recorded the drunk female cop altercation… pure genius and GREAT fast thinking… 😅.
The tyrants are mind numbing. 😢
Watching videos on this (and other) channels makes me think that every state needs police forces that do nothing but police the police.
That would just create the same issue repeating over again. Each new force will need jurisdictional lines. Overlap is bound to happen.
Internal Affairs, it exists
@@moondoggie1987 My comment was satirical- as virtually all larger city police departments and state police agencies already have such forces. I'm impressed with the officer for upholding the law and shaming a fellow cop. In our state, we have the same law. If you appear intoxicated, They HAVE TO by law, Refuse service and or pull your drink.
It's not their choice, It's not personal. It's business, And possibly a safety issue.

As much as the dude cried about being a prisoner let's me know he gets his rocks off throwing other people in there.
That's true of all of the cops in this video.
Is it power? Or is it stern nonsense approach?
I agree to a point, but a Sheriff is an elected official and the top law enforcement officer in their county. They can kick out State and Federal officers if they so choose and can take over a traffic stop in their county, even if the stop started in the city's jurisdiction. The stop was pulled over outside the city limits and a Sheriff can take over the stop. It could have been handled better on both sides. There is more to this than the video shows. Either the city officers have been making a lot of stops out in the county and people have complained to the Sheriff or the Sheriff is a jerk and has it out for the city police. But either way, there's more to this than just this one video!

@25:20 the look that Sergeant gave the other cop when he said the department don’t issue us Business cards was intense…
This is a very important video! It shows how LEOS think they are above the law and expect preferential treatment when they break the law. It also shows how LEOS don’t want to arrest other LEOS and bive them multiple chances when citizens wouldn't be afforded the same opportunities.

i had a similar type of encounter one night on my way home from a nightshift. i was on the exit ramp when an OPP, provincial police, car lit me up and had me pulled over, by the time i stopped we were on regional roads and luckily enough for me, this exit ramp spilled out onto a spot where the regional cops like to get speeders. this is like 3am and sure enough a regional cop car was there, and he spotted me being pulled over on _his_ road by a provincial "interloper" LOL
this was before body cams, and our cell cameras sucked, but i wish i could have recorded the ensuing 20 minute argument between these two cops. i was caught in the middle unsure of if i was supposed to stay or leave... SMH

The way the Californian cop in Arizona keeps saying “but I have an Id” makes it painfully obvious that cops are just let off easy in his jurisdiction if they show their law enforcement Id.
