I gave this a shot with the AG plate instead of FG based on your recommendation! So far so good, except one brutal blister in my middle toe 😢. hoping they break in pretty quickly as the gripnit is so awesome!
Love to hear that mate, bummed about the blister though! I've got calluses everywhere on my feet so if you wait long enough you'll be able to get into anything 😂
Can you comment on the durability? I had the last year's model with AG soleplate. The soleplate cracked on both feet, right under the ball of the foot. These seem to have the same soleplate which scares me away a little...
@@BeastRo so far so good after one month at 2x training sessions + 1 game a week. Only complaint is I got one random blister and it bled through and stained the boot. Boots are very comfy now tho.

Would you recommend the GX2 AG over the Tiempo Legend 10 or the Mercurial Vapor 15 ?I play twice a week on AG and each Saturday on natural grass.Thx in advance.
For my feet, yes! 👍🏼 That all depends what you prefer and what actually fits your feet the best! This AG plate will be just fine for FG too
thoughts on using these on turf AKA really short artifical grass. I currentl have the Phantom GX Elite and I have to say I think my knee isn't liking the long FG studs. I'm 24 btw so i don't want to be that guy "I was good until that one injury" lol .

Hey Noah, big fan of the channel. I play on both FG and SG, FG probably 70%+ of the time. Do you think the AG plate will hold up fine on Soft Ground pitches?
SG is different from FG - I'd go for the AG and then get an actual SG pair that will do the rainy/muddy days
doesnt FG usually perform better on softer pitches than an AG would though? I can only afford the one pair at the moment@@NoahCavanaugh
I have a pretty wide feet and I was really concerned about it. I bought the Gxs around two months ago and they are amazing for wide feet. Since the start of my experience with them they have shaped pretty well around my feet. My only complaint for this boot is the stud pattern which seems to get better with the AG model. Overall it's perfect for wide feet.

I have very wide feet. Currently I am wearing the wide size in the Furon V7 and I’m getting blisters on the mid foot from my feet overhanging out of the boot. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks for the video!

Nah that's a great comparison bro, not sure to be honest. I'd probably still pick the GX cause I love the gripknit but the Furon is a close second for sure
Hi, if you go with the Ag-variant on Furon, know that it adds about 45 grams of weight if you compare it to the fg-variant. I have 2 pairs of furon with fg but they get butchered on ag-pitches
Gx2 ag on the other hand actually shaves about 5 grams, when you go with the ag-variant. (190-195 grams)
Does the ag model taper a lot less in the toe box? I have the fg and I don’t like the way it squish’s my big toe in.

I know you mentioned you would recommend true to size Noah, but I tried on half a size down in the Nike store and they seemed to fit perfect for me, this may not be the case when my foot expands after playing but just wanted to hear if you thought going down half a size could be feasable ?
Okay, great! If they fit 1/2 size down then there's no harm in going for it! They'll stretch a little bit as well so you'll probably be fine

can you do a review on the puma ultra pro hg ag? its a like the puma ultra ultimate but it has a tongue, they never released in the us, only in japan.

Hey Noah, my foot size is in between a size 9 and a 9.5 US and my feet are on the narrower side. Do you think I should go with a size 9? especially due to the extra space in these in the toe area.

Not at all mate, I wouldn't recommend any vapor or superfly for wider feet

Hey Noah, weird question, but, bought these, played in them. The left boot feels perfect, the right one however has heel slippage, almost as if they are 2 different sizes. Had the same problem with other boots. Ever experienced something similar, any tips?
I'd venture a guess that your right foot is slightly smaller than your left 😅 Have you ever been properly measured? I doubt it has anything to do with the boots!
I see. Nope, i mean it looks like length and size wise they are the same. I guess the heel might be smaller on the right or something as im quite flat footed, so maybe the right one is more or less flat footed etc which would affect the lockdown. Thanks anyways

Your position has absolutely NOTHING to do with the boots you wear. If you fit in both boots, pick which one you like the look of better! If you only fit in one or the other, go with that one! If you don't fit in either, find something else that actually fits you

Yes, the studs on the FG are about 2x longer

I'm on the same boat... Puma's MG outsole is better. However, if these fit you better and you play on nice AG fields, the Phantom might just be better for you.
Personally, the Future fit me better than the Phantom so it's not really a choice for me. Straight up Future MGs for me all day long.
The Nike AG outsole is better than the Puma MG, but the Puma MG will probably be better than the Cyclone360 on AG surfaces.
The puma sole plate will separate real quick. Trust me.

Separation is different for different players. Striking and running habits can have different outcomes on different pairs for people.
If I were to shop for the ag instead of Fg where would I find them? I looked on the Nike website and they only have Fg

Vortex 100% - the Mad ready is dope but I don't really like the paint job on the GX.

Neither. 1) Your position has nothing to do with the boots you wear. 2) Neither boot is best in it's category and not even close to the top. 3) Find boots that FIT you the best.
Excuse me sir, there are in fact people who like the Cyclone360 plate aka me. I think it is a bit more responsive than the AG model. BUT I will concede, that most people will Probly enjoy the AG plate more

I have tried these and they are abslolutly not for me , too stif , compression IS high level even more than the superfly in same size. I don't know why you still saying it IS made for wide feet without talking MORE about the toebox of any shoes you review it IS very very important , this model just Squeez my last 3 toes it IS not tolerable
