I think the black looks much better than white. 2nd best colorway behind the Roteiro, IMO.

I got these without the tongue and I’m glad I gave them a chance, didn’t like them on first couple sessions but they broke in nicely after the third session and I love them now.
I agree. It was not tht good in the first 2 sessions. But after the 3rd it became really nice

I think the predator boots especially with the classic shape just looks amazing in black. When I saw these I thought of the black upper and white 3 stripes predator absolutes Or powerswerves that Berbatov and Gerrard wore back in the days.

As someone with excessively wide feet, I didn't have any problems with the preds because of the U throat tongue. It took a little extra break in time and in the beginning the laces were just barely long enough for a single knot. But after fully breaking them in they were perfect, you just may have to substitute longer laces in if they don't stretch enough.

Cheers for the review Noah, I’ve been binging your content trying to figure out what to buy. I’m completely stuck between getting these Predators or GX2s. Such a tough choice!
I’m leaning towards Predators but I want decent longevity from them which is obviously hard to determine so early. I’ve previously had a pair of COPA sense boots which broke within the first season. My current GT2s have held together since their release and I still use them so maybe I just progress to GX2s?! HELP 😅
Both are fantastic options mate! If you enjoy the GT2, I'd probably go GX2!
Once black color come out I buy immediately. no doubt !! And I play with it few times. It is amazing good. Love it very much. White is so dirty after play. And difficult to clean up. A lot people might say. No need to clean boots. But if you have more than 10 boots and each cost a lot money. You might change your mind. 😂

I have the traditional laced elite model. I love the material as it does feel like a glove. These black ones were gold from the moment I saw them. Already been scammed when trying to cop a pair. Fortunately I got originals on the way. Only thing I say adidas failed to see is how everyone truly just want the Tongue model. Should’ve released more of the tongue model because now everyone is running to resellers

I recently bought a pair of the predator elite plredstrike laced without the FT. I wore them twice for training and the soleplate was already cracking and coming off the boot. I’m going to have to try to return them, so could you recommend a replacement boot for a similar price (max £180). I play cm. Thanks.

Yooo I actually got this colorway when they came out :) Happy with them but I definitely prefer my og gx's. I always go back to it and feel no other shoe can top it imo. But yeah Noah I recently got a stainless steel Hole Punch Plier on Amazon to punch out new lace holes for runners knot. You definitely should cop that tool if you need it. I ended up making new lace holes for these preds and my f50 remakes🤙They came out very flush! 🙌

I used to be a big adidas fan but they lost me in that whole S curve heel shape they tried a few seasons ago. Besides looking ridiculous, the heel slip was awful.
Have they corrected the heel slip on these compared to say a Mercurial’s heel lock?

These were the worst fitting boots for me. I could fit in a tiempo 10 but this boot was so tight in the middle and even going up a size, it was still tight from the middle. Not for wide feet
