BUILD THE WALL!!! - Roll up door replacement - Winter Truck Update

Been wondering where I've been?!? Me too! Work has kept me busy, but I finally got some time to do an update on my progress with the truck. I've got the framing for the interior mostly complete and I've even removed the roll up door and built a permanent wall in its place!

Steel & aluminum, unless insulated expect corrosion on the aluminum very slowly.
The back door looks very good.
I am investigating replacing my stock commercial cargo box roll-up rear door with a (possibly remote controlled) garage door.
Primary reason: save interior space.
Secondary: ease of use.
Box width: ~8'ft.

I want a thicker wall cavity so I can have more insulation. One of my goals is to minimize power consumption and HVAC is a big power hog.
