- Work on the truck has been non-stop since the last video with most of that time being spent on installing the entry door for the living area. I chose to use a normal house door because of its superior insulation value compared to an aluminum RV door. This made the installation a challenge, but I was able to pull it off.
Most of the techniques I used during the installation I learned from watching Matt Risinger's videos:

The rest of it I just faked my way through...
this girl appreciates this very much
I enjoy your humor good sir, carry on.
"There's literally *nothing* unsafe about what I am doing." I know you threw that in for me lol
You don't need PPE if you don't get hurt ROFLMAO
Third time is a charm. Looks great.
Thanks! It was my first time ever installing a door so there was bound to be a few screw ups haha

Squaring doors are for the birds! Can’t wait for the stairs/steps.
Actively working on steps right now. Hoping to have them on before my next business trip. I think y'all are really going to like them.
how about the stairs ?
I watch!
This is great, add the words "LMTV camper" to your titles and you will get more views.
Hey I'm watching!!! 👀 I am wanting to install a back door to a shuttle bus. But I want to use the cut out as the door. Trying to get a idea on how to do that. Any suggestions would be great. Signed girls watch too..
I would have to see what you have to make a recommendation. Do you have a link to a picture or video? Thanks for watching :)

Trey German something like this as far as the back. But when cutting it out if I could use it as the door. Would that be way to much work you think?
@@shanemichelle1976 I think what you've suggested would be difficult. The rear of a bus like that is either aluminum sheet or FRP. Neither is strong enough on its own to form a door. You could do it but you would have to build out a frame both on door and where you want it to be on the back. IMO your best bet would be to use an off the shelf RV door. They aren't that expensive and I think it will save you time and headaches. You want something strong back there because at 70mph there will be a strong low pressure at the back of your bus wanting to suck the door open.
Didn't think about that. Thank you for advise.
Lumber just ain't like it used to be... even here in Washington, the home of huge trees and massive forests. The good stuff goes to Japan and China. LOL!
Great video of you talking and pointing at bits you've done. Shame you didn't film the actual job though 🤣🤣
How much did the box cost?
About 10k installed
I'm a girl...and I'm watching. I want to put a door on my conversion
