I'm adding a second fuel tank and the spot I want to put it in is currently obstructed by the tailpipe. To fix this, I'm putting a new exhaust in the truck. Much to my surprise, I had some foes I had to do battle with during removal of the old exhaust.

You went full ninja on those mud-dobbers... you must be in the South, my friend. Man, those wasps are mean as heck down there. LOL! You look like you had more fun than me in my three videos I made for deleting the muffler & modding the exhaust pipe. Be sure to hook that plenum port back up to keep your plenum cleaned out. Happy modding!
Born and raised in TX. Will do. Planning on cutting the port off the tailpipe and welding it on the new pipe.
Sorry brother, but that won’t work. The tailpipe has a Venturi inside it that provides the needed vacuum for the plenum to work properly. Watch my video and learn from my near mistake.

did you find a tank to put on yet? the new Isuzu med duty box truck makers made surplus thin 100g thin square Aluminium tanks and I put one on mine they can be had for cheap
