Bryan, I'd love it if you'd offer a sampler pack! 30 servings of a single item that I've never tried before is a tough sell because it's a lot of money for something I may not like. I'd be more than willing to pay a premium to get a sampler pack that included lots of your products (maybe like a "full day" pack?) so I could try them all then order what resonates in larger quantities.

Hey Bryan, I have followed you for two years now and I am finally starting my own journey on blueprint. That said Money is very tight for me so I will be just going for the 3 meals a day in the first 6 hours after waking, daily exercise, and a healthy sleeping schedule. Some slight changes have been made to the meal ingredients to fit my very limited budget, but the train will soon be rolling. You have giving me so much inspiration for living a healthier life and for that I thank you, much Love brother and best wishes!

I would really love to see a video on the Business side of these products, a transparent cost structure would give everyone a more secure feeling that this is legitimate and it would be a lot easier to convince others with these informations.

Let’s gooooo. I wanted this from you guys for awhile. I went on the website and all you had was the olive oil. Now we got the blends. I was eating huel and Soylent but this looks much much better
This really feels like an honest product worth the price. But I am still sceptical as to whether it will fall in with all the other scammy, over-promising and ultimately unnecessary supplements that we get advertised on every day.
Totally agree. What makes this any different than all the other powdered whole foods? Is Bryan going to shift to the powdered stuff? If not what gives us the belief that this isn't just a money making system like so many have predicted. I've taken on a lot of his work up until this point but when financial reward gets involved it can be hard to know what becomes the motivator
Yeah me too. But I trust him more than other products, thats the secret. And as long as it doesn't become way too ecpensive or one becomes dependent on it, I don't see a problem.
Regarding powders in comparison to whole foods:
The ZOE Science and Nutrition Podcast brought this up on several episodes (one being titled "The Great Calorie Deception" , IIRC).
Part of the benefits of healthy food is its intact structure.
Related to that, one study found that food labels for whole nuts and seeds (with their cell structure intact) are commonly too high; industrially ground nuts provide about 30% more energy by comparison.
Shouldn't we stay away from processed food. Hasn't this become processed now?🤷🏻♂️

A few times per week, I steam frozen organic veggies, season and then puree them as a side dish.This way, it's way easier to eat tons of veggies and it only takes 5 minutes. Thanks for the inspiration to do this.
How do you puree? Do you just add it to a blender with water or ?
@@erickellar5867 Yes, a hand blender works fine. The more water your add, the easier it will be to eat. You can also add extra virgin olive oil for a better taste.
Veggies aren't even good for you. Eat meat. There is literally no debating the nutritional properties of meat. You get the MOST nutrients in the MOST bioavailable form. I will never understand this obsession with vegetables.

I really look forward to trying this, I live in the UK and am 23. When I stopped drinking alcohol I began my longevity jounrney by e.g. kicking various damaging UPFs in my diet, drinking rooibos green tea everyday as my routine among other things. A friend of mine is also the same, I disocovered you on youtube last year and I think its gonna be a gamechanger for my life, thank you so much Bryan.

As a person that has been activly trying to mantain the way I look and feel as I age, while also taking not so healty choices from time to time (31yo), I find it awesome that you could kinda decipher a way of 100% eating + drinking recipe that would keep us healthy.
Even thinking of having a full day package of nutricious food available at any time, makes me so happy I cannot find a way of putting it with words easily.
If this could be posible, and if "it" could be shared freely in a way many companies would be selling it across the globe.
You could really improve the world in a blink.

Hey Bryan, ashwagandha gives me and a substantial subset of other people very spiky, wakeful sleep if taken before bed, and zombifies us if taken during the day.
Could there be a longevity powder variant without it?

No this version is a baseline every one can take. His regimen is specific to his body's needs. That's why he said you can supplement more on top of it. Still exciting though.

Because if you do your own research it shows your body can and does absorb stuff, overtime your body will learn how to distribute whats necessary. These studies have been around since 1950s but are not "MEDICAL" so they're lost in today's medical society, they're nutritional studies

I ordered the EVOO and I'm excited for the Longevity drink, I love blood orange and I'll try the Nutty Pudding but I personally don't like chocolate and don't think I'll be ordering the Super Veggie. Being Korean, I eat so much ocean and land vegetables and having chocolate-flavored veggies just sounds off to me. Hope this becomes a huge success and you can diversify the flavors!

Can we get an updated version of your workout routine? It’s been a while! Also are you taking into account that creatine can speed up androgenic alopecia according to a few studies? I am hesitant to use creatine as a slim young dude while lifting due to anxiety about hair loss. Were there any discussions about it when implementing it into Blueprint?

I believe this product is an honest product for the price. Something on my mind lately is the concern of micro plastics and how much of it is in these products/supplements. I wonder if they test for these plastics to be completely removed from the item.

Excellent video Bryan! I take it this is from the December Don't Die Meetup based on what was said in the video. Either way I can't wait for these much easier to consume products because I've been doing the Blueprint meals since September and it is unfortunately more time consuming than I would've hoped to meal prep them every day.
But the meals are DELICIOUS so I'm glad to see people's feedback at the meetup be so positive for the powdered forms of them being just as good. Really looking forward to seeing the clinical results from the Blueprint 5,000 studies and being able to purchase these for myself one day. Does flavor really matter? Honestly, at the end of the day, if someone says "here eat this, and you will live 20 years longer." Are you gonna say "eww I don't like the taste"? All that matters is that it is healthy.
Westerners are too hung up on taste and that's why the US has the highest rates of diseases like cancer, fast foods taste great, but a salad is yucky to them......Pure ignorance 🤗

Not super surprised by the prices of the full stack. HOWEVER, really incredible to see every product has 30 servings (days equivalent) per container. Love to see the full month, rather than other companies who charge just as much for any supplement and only provide 20-26 servings (days).
Love this idea! Definitely purchasing the Super Veggie when available. Fresh is best but I don't always have time/energy to cook it and I don't make a ton of leftovers/meal prep due to histamine issues. Using this a few times a week will be really helpful. Also seems handy when traveling. I second the idea that there should be a sampler pack though!

Thank you for helping me find a life worth living. With Crohn’s disease my life has been difficult because of how food and nutrient absorption have been my whole life. I’ve been following your diet and supplement plan and finding that it has been effective at increasing my overall gut and physical health. It’s helped me find ownership of my body and mind again, something I haven’t felt since my youth and even then it was clouded by my early symptoms of my gut.
