Thanks Bryan for this vid! couldn't agree more about Microneedling. as someone who has the most aggressive hair loss (my two brothers were Norwood 7 by 28-30), not to mention aggressive retrograde alopecia as well, all my cousins in both families are Norwood 6-7 by 30. I am 32 and have managed to keep 90% of my hair. Unfortunately I experienced bad side effects from finasteride and had to quit. However, using minoxidil + microneedling saved my hair. I strongly believe that DHT is related to blood circulation, which in turn due to low supply leads to hair loss. I used a derma roller + minoxidil and kept losing hair. Once I switched to a high-quality pen, within two months my shedding stopped and my hair started to get thicker by month 4 with a lot of new growth. I have followed this protocol for 5 years and haven't lost ground. It's possible-just be consistent. use a good Pen and do NOT skip sessions. If it worked for me, it should work for EVERYONE.

@@tf2368indeed he is first off the laser has been a scam since the late 90s, it's proven to be junk.
Secondly microneedling is dangerous initially it can show some results but eventually you will cause so much damage is causes permanent scarring.
All you need is basic topical 5% minoxidil you can get it from Costco 6 months supply for like 20 bucks.
Finasteride is what really stops hair loss oral finasteride a person can get the 5 mg generic for dirt cheap breaking it into fourths and it is pretty much so Dirt Cheap it's unbelievable just those two and a person will be fine.
If a person cannot tolerate the 1 mg they can always try 1 mg three times a week instead of daily or break it down to a half a milligram daily it's still pretty effective.
Don't know why people fall for all this PRP it does absolutely nothing they throw it in with hair transplants now telling people it's going to make it grow quicker.
Sad to say a hair cycle is a hair cycle you're not making it go quicker.
He neglects to tell you about when you start these medications you will get a shed that will last possibly a few months especially with Rogaine and finasteride that is a good thing though.
After month three it's all uphill.
Please people do not listen to this person who is shilling all this garbage.. the stuff that he's recommending the compounded stuff you don't know where is coming from or anything stick with topical minoxidil oral low dose can be used also very effective if a person doesn't want to be bothered with topical but that is on a script.
And finasteride that's the only two hair loss treatments there are, sad to say but since I've been around since 98 it's been the same treatment all the time.
From 1998 it was always 5 years away the Cure or the next Miracle treatment here we are 2024 same two treatments.

    • @Nine_Bun_Bun
      @Nine_Bun_Bun Před měsícem +1

i've been looking at gray hair solutions before I knew about him, and I thought he would go into the actual biochemistry of how to preserve melanocytes (the cells that produce melanin and give hair color). From looking at research papers, the way to preserve melanocytes from free radical damage (mostly hydrogen peroxide damage) is to use antioxidants like vitamin E which preserves the catalase enzyme that neutralizes hydrogen peroxide. So taking catalase and vitamin E as supplements on a daily basis should start having an effect. Can also add a copper supplement (AVOID copper supplements that look blue, that is mineral copper and is toxic to humans). The only form of copper that is not toxic to humans is copper from animal sources, like beef liver and oysters/mussels. Mineral and plant copper are toxic to humans and will accumulate in the brain, leading to dementia.
I only know of a few brands of copper supplements that are safe for humans, one is from Global Healing and the other is from ReCuperate (created by Morley Robbins, the magnesium man). Morley understands the damage done by free radicals and by excess iron in the blood. Iron will age and eventually kill if not kept in check by copper and vitamin A (both of which are found in beef liver). If anyone wants to live longer they should be donating blood on a regular basis to release excess iron (fertile women naturally do this on a monthly basis). Iron never leaves the body because it gets recycled by macrophages in the bone marrow. The only way is to bleed it out. All this is discussed in the Root Cause Protocol.
There are other powerful antioxidants that can be added to the vitamin E/catalase combo, for example: SAMe (adenosine methionine), glutathione, R-lipoic acid, taurine, vitamin C (from food, not ascorbic acid which disrupts copper's ability to regulate iron). The most important B vitamins: B3, B6, B9, B12. Natural biotin (vitamin B7) can be acquired from egg yolks (avoid the whites because they contain avidin that blocks biotin absorption).

However, my most important advice for men is not to feel self-conscious when experiencing hair loss-it’s a normal occurrence. The real key to attracting women lies in a man’s self-confidence 😉

1 - Losing your hair at 50 is one thing, losing your hair at 20 is another and is definitely NOT "normal occurrence" 😉
2 - The first thing we see in the morning is our reflection in the mirror, so it has nothing to do with women but with grooming ourselves and looking the best we can be. Why with you women it always has to be about you? 😂

Without question self confidence is important but not even close to being physically attractive. I know it feels comforting to say that but it’s simply a cop out a denial of reality, physical attraction is primal. Do your best to maintain it add ad on all the other attributes that are attractive as well. Grooming, confidence, etc.

Majority of women care about things like good hygiene and self-care, having One’s life together and being responsible.
A guy can look like a troll - and as long as he takes care of himself, lives a responsible life (like having a stable, decent paying job and such - someone who has goals and is actively working to achieve ‘em, etc.), has an enjoyable personality (women laugh to be made to laugh, more than they prefer good looks - even if they desire both).
I find it hard to believe a good woman won’t be willing to give with a man a chance.
Sure, she may not go for him, on her own, initially - though, confident (and not creepy) initiative is faaaar more attractive, than One’s physical attractiveness.
Though, I use to be fat, so - perhaps I have a bit more compassion/understanding, than a lot of other women.
      Anecdotal story-time, if interested:
Hell, the last man I was with, for a short time, over a decade ago - he wasn’t my envisioned physical type; even though, we had a lot in common, and got along great.
Like, he was significantly shorter than me, for example - and smaller framed.
Which, for a formerly fat, 5’10 woman - isn’t preferable.
      Though, regardless..
I really respected him, and thought he was too good to pass up - regardless if he, physically, want my ideal.
I mean, I almost couldn’t believe he was interested in me, and it came as bit of a shock, even.
I wanted to be with him, though, he was embarrassed over something that happened, when we spent a weekend together - and we didn’t have a chance to really talk it out, before he left to go back to his home state.
He thought I didn’t reach out, because I wasn’t interested, because of his perceived blunder (and it was something that isn’t as big of a deal to women, in the bedroom, as men make it out to be. Which, I understand, however, being the majority of good men desire to he “providers” and satisfy their woman).
I didn’t reach out, because he had just got home from months out on tour - and I didn’t want to interfere with the time back, with his daughter.
Not because of what happened, during our weekend.
Especially, because he was nervous and insecure, before he left, he told me a woman he was with, on tour, was his “dream girl” - because he could just sit and talk about music, with her (though, she was married).
I thought he was rejecting me.
Yet, it was his way of telling me **I** was his dream girl - because all him and I did was sit around and talk about music (we had much more in common, though).
However, my autistic-ass didn’t get the hint - even though we were suppose to have a “meaningful” weekend, together.
I thought I ended up being a casual fling - or that he ended up not liking me, after spending more time, with me - before he went back to his normal life, across the country.
Though, knowing he was a good guy, I intended to text him, after giving him some time, back home - because I didn’t think he would treat me, like a one-weekend casual fling.
I thought we had more time.
      And then I got sick.
      Very sick.
He never reached out, because he was so insecure.
      And it broke my heart.
      Completely.
Though, I was so sick and life had took a turn for the worst - it was something I couldn’t address, at the time, as I was too busy trying to survive.
Especially, after becoming bedridden/housebound, and losing every sense of normalcy and socialization I once had.
I had difficulty texting, and even getting out of bed - hence, why I never reached out to him.
      Though, also..
I lied to myself, because I knew that if he, truly, did care about me - it would put so much pressure on him, being he lived across the country and was a rather young, single father; and knowing tour managers for metal bands didn’t make a ton of money, as well as he traveled, so much..
I didn’t want to take more time away, from his daughter.
      So, I let him go.
I didn’t need to end up with him, though - it would have been nice to know I mattered to him, when I was fighting for my life, in more ways than one (I was dealing with Munchuasen’s by Proxy - my own version of the Gypsy Rose situation, though, without the murder and I was, legit, sick. Though, my caretaker knew stress would make me more sick).
We reconnected, casually, a decade later - which, was about two years ago - right as I began to rehabilitate.
He told me he was scared, when he found out I was in the hospital, because he had no clue what was going on.
He said he “cherished” our time, together - and “cherished” that we were friends, again.
And the truth came out, about how we felt about each other.
I haven’t been with any man, since him.
      For ten years.
However, all this came out, after he got engaged (I wasn’t on that social media platform, which, listed he was engaged, so, I didn’t know - and there was no indication on the one I did use), that it was more than just physical, between us - and we both thought each of us regretted/resented each other.
“Cherished” - what a word to chose; one, specify, used in wedding vows.
I was the one to reach out, initially, simply, because one of my favorite bands he toured with was playing at a venue he use to work at, and streaming the show.
I wanted to talk about music, because no one in my life really is into heavy metal - and it reminded me how much I missed talking to him.
It happened right as I was starting to rehabilitate, and starting to go to shows, again.
That band and the tour he was on, was even my very last heavy metal show I attended.
And my love of music was the key to my survival - believing God wanted me to survive, so I could take my being a musician seriously.
Though, I never expected him to bring up the time we spent, together, a decade prior - beyond that it was a fun weekend of partying, at the lead singer’s house of a band I grew up listening to and he was the tour manager for.
I didn’t reach out because I was so sick and bedridden - he didn’t reach out, because he was so insecure.
Even though he was very forthright about his interest in me, originally.
Yeah, I had my own insecurities, though, when I didn’t hear back from him, when I was sick - I figured I misread everything, and he wasn’t interested.
Because I thought there was no way a good guy, like him, wouldn’t not call a woman he deeply cared about, and he knew was very sick.
I know what happened between us was a very big wake-up call, to how his insecurity and pride has ruled his life.
Especially, with my calling him out on bringing these things up, after he became engaged and letting me think for a decade I meant nothing, to him.
And I know he regrets the way things played out, big time.
Though, there’s nothing that can be done, by anyone, now.
I blocked him in every possible way - because I ain’t tryin’ to live no real-life, homewreckin’ Dolly Parton’ song, like ‘Jolene.’
      He’s someone I use to know - that’s it.
There’s nothing worse than a man who pursues a woman, who’s interested in that man - who doesn’t believe in himself.
Few things are more hurtful, to a woman, romantically.
Men and masculinity are suppose to be grounding, for a woman.
Looks, ultimately, do not matter, in the slightest.

This I accomplish because of psychology and the biblical teaching not so much the religion itself, which I also left. I am now seriously looking at life style and economical hardship that contributes largely to how fast we age. It is difficult for average income individual to follow your Health and longevity protocol. If you could address this issue; it would be a great service for us common people. There is evidence for microneedling and scalp massages.
There`s 3 types of hair loss.
DHT, Inflammation (itching, dandruff, psoriasis) and deficiencies.
Vitamin D is VERY important for hair growth and mine was under 10ng/mL, and also B12

If his hair colour is produced inside the scalp, how does it come that he has a white root line in the micro needling clip and why is his hair colour darker and warmer than in old pictures of him.. as a hairdresser myself that looks very much like hair dye signs.. just saying 😌

Rosemary can dye the hair. Blondes shouldn't use it.

Good video but I wish he would’ve explained more about his protocol. Mainly prp how many times a month, touched upon any DHT blockers he’s used like oral fin or dut. I heard he was doing dut mesotherapy would’ve loved to have heard about that. Maybe a possibly hair transplant in the future to make it exactly look like even before he started losing hair. Especially with this topic that soooo many men face and is what really makes them look older (hair and skin really make one look older all other factors aside). Still like how transparent he is but maybe a part 2 and a more deep dive into this topic specifically on the DHT blockers, if he was experiencing any side effects, if he was how’d he combat it, any ideas to help see if you’re a right candidate thru some tests for certain DHT blockers besides just trying it and rolling the dice and seeing how it works. Def looking for the next part of this hair care series !

Started with supplements last 4 weeks (I'm 45). No where near as many as you but made excellent progress figuring out what I benefit from most. Feeling great, skin is so much better, losing weight, cut out caffeine completely. Always good to see what you are doing to better yourself and pass on fantastic knowledge. Cheers from Australia.
