    Never been taught about infections so this was easy to accept. Oddly makes simple sense that bad things prefer to grow in the dark.

    I chose Dr William because all my friends and family went to him. And they bigger than me. I am 5'6" tall and 160 pounds. I am a slim person and I only have stomach fat. The consultant Jessica didn't ask me to lose weight after she showed my pictures to Dr. William.
    I chose to lose more than 20 pounds for that surgery. To be honest I was from 185 to 160
    I still had internal fat. I ended up losing more butt and legs. On his videos, he said you have to have fat in order to add fat. I traveled with my kids, my husband, and my mom to take care of me. He cancelled me and he said he doesn't care. I want me
    to lose more weight 30 lbs and internal fat which is difficult of my shape. I will have no butt and legs to do the surgery, I explained to him. I have to work on my high blood pressure and diabetes and weight. I was honest and opened. I saw that he operates on people with internal fat and more issues than me. My A1C was 6.8 and 7 he refuses me before. I am diabetic and worked so hard to be in a healthy way for my surgery. My A1C became 5.6 this month of Nov.2021 my A1C was an issue, as a diabetic he wanted my A1C to be lower than 7 I did everything for my safety, this is the 3 Rd time Dr. William cancelled me for no reason.
    Diabetic people with A1C 7 is well controlled
    Bcz anywhere else I go, the doctor's always said that I am a very good candidate.
    I trusted William because of his work. But when I met William I realized how picky and prejudice he is.
    After I spent lots of money and energy and times. Plus my family, my mom, kids and husband travelled with me. Rented a big house Airbnb and a fancy car. Lots of shopping for bbl supplies before and after surgery. Ordered lots of stuff from Amazon.
    He waited still my pre-op and operation scheduled to just cancel me. Just like that. I am not the only one he did so to. He was very unprofessional, rude, disappointed, shame, and very sadddddd.... They collected my deposit, and made me pay for COVID test on that day he cancelled me.
    I hope this doesn't happen to you guys. And I want to delete Monday, NOVEMBER 22, 2021 on my calendar. I don't want to recall that day all the rest of my life and for ever

    I totally understand what you're saying. My father was hit by a car while cycling his wounds were left open and he was given a purple liquid like substance to use on his sores every day. He healed totally and completely without antibiotics.

    Dr William, can you do an educational video on labs, where our labs need to be and how it may affect to surgery if they are off?
    Also can you discuss how BMI may affect your surgery too?

      I found out I have a parasitic infection. That's what caused all my issues. I'm now seeing an infectous disease specialist. Treatments he's put me on have helped tremendously but haven't completely eradicated parasites. I dnt know how I got infected or how long ago. 😔🙏✝️

    What about tummy tuck stitch area with green stuff in it how do we keep it clean from getting worst ?

  • @mardaya
    @mardaya Před rokem

    OMG! it is opposite to what I knew but it makes total sense to me. When I was a kid, I fall and I had an open wound about an inch big, I was afraid to tell my mom because I didn't follow her directions. Well, that wound healed by itself, it was open and somehow the body knew what to do with it. Two weeks ago, I had surgery as an adult, and part of my scar got superficially opened, I don't have holes or anything. The Dr just wants me to keep the area clean and covered with gauze that I change twice a day. My dr didn't prescribe antibiotics which puzzles me before watching this video. The scar is healing and I haven't gotten an infection so far.

    • @user-eh4vg3xx1q
      @user-eh4vg3xx1q Před 3 měsíci

      @@DrWilliamMiami- no - just referring to an abscess I got on my left butt cheek back in 2014. It was so large that after they emptied it out the wound was so deep you could fit a golf ball in the cavity! It was a big bad one. I went to wound care for weeks and it didn’t heal up and I ended up with a fistula. 😭 dozens of surgeries to change out setons, new abscesses and a failed LIFT procedure and I still have it though thankfully due to my diligence in keeping my bum clean, it’s been calm for the last 4 years now (knock on wood.)
