It's insane to see how many promising action titles coming from China and South Korea, and if Stellar Blade is anything to go by, they can also become massive successes

Remember, Stellar Blade announced its release date a few months before its release. Not saying I expect it to be released this year but I think there's still a possibility. At the very least, we know it won't be released any later than next year.
I too am hoping LSA has something of a decent story. I really want to see more of the world Bing has been creating for the past 8 years. We've seen plenty of gameplay to be sold on, now focus on the story and characters for marketing.
That’s very true. Seeing how Stellar Blade released very soon after their release date announcement, the possibility of LSA doing the same isn’t exactly none. I’ll definitely be keeping a close eye on the updates we get going forward.

Its almost as if the devs in asia has clear intention on making a Game feel like a Game while the modern day games feel like Mixture of both and neither blows our minds maybe story occasionally

No offense meant. But I actually disagree with you about the game having no chance of releasing this year. I actually believe the game has a pretty good chance of releasing this year. Why? Because based on what I've heard (and this could be wrong so don't quote me) about how China's rating system is works? Is that once the rating is in place, the game typically has to release within 6 months of it's rating being given. Which would place it around October time. And with the PS showcase being rumored for this month, there's a high chance it will be shown there if that showcase ends up being real. Again, there's a chance I could be wrong. But I would like to hope we will see the game released this year.
You could be right. I’m just going off of what I’ve seen with other games in the past that usually don’t release within the same year that they announce the release date, but obviously this is a different case.
I doubt this game is releasing this year. It’s been a decade. Sony has no problem making people wait even longer because they don’t care.
@@kenshin391 I think you're confusing Sony with a company like Rockstar. But we'll see. I'm still pretty confident it will release this year just based on how everything is lining up. Regardless, we should know for sure soon enough.
@@MetalGaiden96 I actually hope your right, but it is actually true Sony doesn’t care because they know they have the fanbase just like Rockstar and now Sony knows they really have no competition they know they don’t have to rush to release anything. This is why it’s never good for one side to hold all the cards.

I ain’t gonna lie lost soul aside was what I’d hope Stellr Blade would be with its gameplay but oh wells. The game looks great, have been wondering where it was since it’s reveal. Looking forward to the release sooner rather than later

i seen this game in development more than 10 years ago, its kinda sad to see at this point that it may never came out. I get that its made by one person or few people but. We’ll see what happen when it announces a release daye
Well, they have a full studio working on the game now because of Sony so it seems like it could get a release date now that its been rated.

Just so you know, Lost Soul Aside started as nothing more than a concept trailer inspired by Final Fantasy XV. It was only until the early 2020s that things began to roll in to Lost Soul Aside's developer's favor with the game moving forward from only ONE developer (It's true; look it up online) to a team of 40+ with financial backing from Sony. If the Chinese rating system is anything to go by, we can see this very intriguing and awe-inspiring game released by the end of the year.

do you know if they end up using mocap? and if they continued using ue4?
It’s still utilizing UE4 as far as we know, but as for the mocap we really don’t know the specifics. I would take a wild guess and say they definitely are using it though.
